Charming portion of villa with pool in the hills of Verona

Relax and enjoy total peace in the hills above Verona, in an elegant, reserved and peaceful setting, just a few minutes from the historic city centre.

Villa Beatrice is a jewel immersed in greenery and is the ideal place for families with children or groups of friends (up to 10 people) who want calm and contact with nature at a stone's throw from all the services and main attractions of the city.

The portion of the villa (completely independent, with private access) is located just 6 km from the historic centre of Verona, has a one-hectare garden, an elegant and modern swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen outside: the perfect solution for spending pleasant days relaxing in the open air with all comforts.


THE VILLA

The spacious property, completely renovated in 2025, features four bright rooms tastefully and simply furnished, along with three bathrooms to offer you maximum comfort and a pleasant shared living experience.

Outside, the new bbq area, with its pergola facing the pool, super-equipped kitchen and traditional wood-fired barbecue, is the ideal space to relax or work in contact with nature.
Here, moreover, our Home Chef Adriano, can organise lunches and dinners on request, to take you on a journey through local flavours and treat you to an extra treat.

On the ground floor you will find the bright living room, equipped with satellite TV and a large window overlooking the lush garden, the comfortable kitchen equipped with the latest appliances, a PC workstation at your disposal and the bedroom with French bed, private bathroom and direct access to the garden.

On the first floor there are two bathrooms and the other three bedrooms: a double room with king-size bed, a quadruple room (double bed plus a possible bunk bed) and a twin room with a bed that can be separated on request.

The house has adjustable air conditioning in every single room, free high-speed Wi-Fi, both in the house and in the garden, and offers a spectacular view of Verona and the surrounding hills. A perfect solution also for those who have to work remotely.

There is free private parking and a games area (table tennis and trampoline).

To give you the best welcome, you will find at your disposal towels, sheets, a beauty set, hairdryer, automatic coffee machine and all the basic equipment.

Do you have small children? In the house you will also find comfortable camp beds suitable for 0 to 3 years and high chairs.

Villa Beatrice is the ideal starting point for many different activities. From this oasis of peace, in just a few minutes you can reach the wonderful Lake Garda or take a tour of the historic Valpolicella wine cellars. For lovers of outdoor activities, the surrounding hills and the nearby Lessinia offer a multitude of pleasant paths to be followed on foot, by bicycle or on horseback. For a sporting trip out of town, you can travel to Trentino and the Dolomites and, thanks to the nearby FS train station, you can also dedicate a day to the charms of Venice. Within 5 minutes you can find all services: supermarkets, pharmacies, newsagents, restaurants, etc.

GUEST ACCESS

There are 2 keypads to access the house.
The first is for entering the garden, and the second is for entering the house.
Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive the access codes.
After 4:00 PM, you may arrive at any time thanks to remote check-in.

NOTES

- there is currently a dog present
- a very discreet family currently lives in an independent part of the villa. A portion of the garden is shared (but they are practically never there), while the outdoor kitchen/BBQ area and the pool are for your exclusive use
- tourist tax € 3.50 per person per night
- pets are allowed for an extra fee of € 100 per pet for the entire stay
- a cleaning fee of € 300 applies
- heating is available at an additional cost during colder months
- a washing machine, drying racks, iron, and ironing board are provided
- the pool is open from April 1st to September 30th and equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds
- only properly registered guests are accepted
