Villa stands in its own garden with 5 en suite rooms. good sized private swimming pool (400cm/1050cm) situated in a peaceful residential area a few minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan. The villa has been built in a modern Turkish style having 6 bedrooms. 5 en suite rooms. 6 bathrooms. (one room in at basement. without bathroom.) New: Hidro- thermal jacuzzi for 5 person. This has extra cost for to use. Providing spacious accommodation for 12 people. It has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. Electronic air-conditioning has been fitted to all living areas and bedrooms. Dalyan is an unspoilt small town situated within a conservation area and home to numerous varieties of birds, and three types of turtle, including the protected loggerhead Caretta Caretta sea turtle . The beautiful Iztuzu Beach (Turtle Beach) with its 10km of soft golden sand is only a few minutes away or 25 minute boat ride away. Dalyan provides a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops with the emphasis on families. Dalaman International Airport is only 25 minutes away.

Family celebration.

We were all delighted with this property, the accommodation was first class, outside amenities outstanding, could not fault this property. The pool was kept clean every day by Ergun who was the perfect host. Would not hesitate booking again.

Dalyan Villa

A large, airy and clean villa within walking distance to restaurants/town. Heated swimming pool was great for the grandkids and was used every day. Ergun was a pleasure to deal with and even provided some groceries at the villa due to our late arrival. Very enjoyable stay

Family holiday

On arrival Ergün met us at the villa, very warm welcome, Ergün arranged airport transfers and stocked the fridge for us, The villa was everything we hoped for both inside and out the pool was lovely,Ergün was very helpful pointing us in the right direction for trips and restaurants.Dalyan itself is a beautiful place with something for everyone so friendly and nice atmosphere we have had an amazing holiday and will definitely be back next year .

Dalyan Delight

The villa was perfect for a large family and ideally located within walking distance of the town (make sure to visit Albatross for a drink) and the port. People often talk about how well the host supports but I can honestly say never has anyone been so helpful and friendly as Ergun. He organised restaurant reservations, airport transfer and even our boat trips (maybe ask for Ali's boat - he was outstanding and well priced). I usually like to try new places but i will definitely be returning here 👌

A beautiful villa in an excellent location

We had a wonderful holiday at this villa. Ergun the owner was very friendly and very helpful . The villa is very spacious and has everything a family or group of friends could want . The pool was well heated which in April makes a big difference! I would highly recommend this property.

September visit to Dalyan

Stayed at villa spice 9th to 20th September 2020, we were a party of 12 adults who have all stayed in villas around Dalyan previously. The location is excellent near to town while remaining quiet. the villa is exactly as described in previous reviews and we made full use of the outside kitchen/dining area at the side of the pool. Ergun (the owner) is always available and willing to help without intruding in any way. would we use again - absolutely.

Wonderful family getaway

We had a wonderful stay in Erguns villa. We arrived late, due to delays and were met by our host at the villa. We were really lucky with the weather so late in the season and had full opportunities to enjoy the pool and outside kitchen. Dalyan is a lovely though somewhat touristy town with everything on offer. Boat trips, hiking and shopping (if that is of interest). We took the mini bus to the market in Ortaca which was wonderful, full of fresh fruit and veggies as well as spices and clothes. The villa provided every possible comfort and as a multi generational group we were all very happy. Thanks Ergun, we hope to return.

A lovely villa in an excellent location for the river and central Dalyan

Villa Spice is a lovely homely villa. We all felt relaxed as soon as we arrived and Ergun was so welcoming, and provided a wonderfully efficient service throughout for anything we needed. The solar panels really helped take the chill off the pool, and the walk into Dalyan is the shortest we have ever had. 10 minutes to the top of town at the most. This villa has everything you can need and all 8 of us agreed we would like to come back to Villa Spice. Thank you for a lovely 2 weeks on your beautiful home Ergun Mary and gang..

Great Getaway

All the information and help we received from Ergun the owner was spot on. The villa is actually better than the photos, as it has been updated. The pool was cleaned daily, all the facilities were wonderful and it was a great spot for an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We used the pool table and table tennis, which was a great add on. The pool was decent and we made good use of the bbq.

Lovely Villa in a Lovely Location

Stayed here April 2019. The villa has undergone some modernisation on the two bedroom floors over the winter and is fantastic! Ergun is the most attentive owner, ensuring there was milk, water and bread (all that we asked for) when he kindly offered to arrange shopping for our late arrival with three children under 9. Even down to the thoughtfulness of having handwash in the bathrooms, loo rolls, kitchen roll etc make so much difference ...other villa owners take note! Ergun owns two shops on the Main Street and will ensure you have the most pleasant stay in the Wee Gem that is Dalyan. The villa is in an amazing location, just a short stroll to the town, no more than 10 min walk on flat ground. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Spice to anyone.

absolutely perfect, home from home

The villa is absolutely perfect for a large group,the photos dont do the size and space justice, the outside kitchen was ideal as it was close to the pool,it really is a "home from home ",it was a 2 minute cycle ride to a small local shop and a little longer to the bigger supermarkets. Dalyan has been our favourite place we have visited in turkey so far, lovely restaurants ,fantastic boat trips and we are hoping to return next year.

Great villa, good size pool

Thank you Ergun, this is a lovely spacious villa. The owner has thought of everything. We were a family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children, the youngest being 21 months. Everyone had a great time the pool is lovely and the shade over the shallow end was very well thought out, shaded for the young ones in the day and swearing area for the adults in the evening. The village is about a 10 minute stroll with all the restaurants, small supermarkets and shops you could want. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ergun came every morning to clean the pool and make sure everything was OK before he opened his 2 shops in the village.

Excellent Position

A girls holiday was enjoyed at Ergun's villa. What a lovely man & so helpful, nothing too much trouble. The villa is presented to a good standard equipped with all amenities and very clean. We enjoyed sunbathing & swimming in the pool. We took a fun bike ride with the new bikes provided in town. The location is perfect & within walking distant to the local village supermarket & many choices of restaurants. Views are amazing from the villa with a Stork's nest nearby. Weather was fantastic & we couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Looking forward to staying at villa next year. Thank you Ergun.

we stayed at this villa for two weeks a total of twelve of us of all different age groups it was a great holiday nothing was two much trouble for ergun the owner anything we asked for was their within the hour the nearby supermarket did free deliveries which was a great help with so many of us bars restaurants within walking distance our favourite was paradise so friendly all in all a great holiday

Fabulous Villa

Our 11 night stay in this villa was, without doubt, the most comfortable and relaxing place we have ever stayed. The owner arranged transfers and met us on arrival. If we needed anything he would offer to arrange activities and was always willing to help. The villa was beautiful, very spacious and included all the home-from-comforts and much more. Gorgeous pool, great BBQ area, table-tennis, bikes, gym if you needed to have a shady place or fancied some activity. A short walk into town, close to supermarket, beautiful restaurants and fantastic food! The water-taxi to the 'turtle beach' was delightful. Dalyan is a beautiful unspoilt village with many shops and restaurants with plenty of places close-by to visit. Will definitely love to return again.

Splendid Villa

We stayed at this villa for 10 nights and had a wonderful time. The owner, who owns a couple of shops in Dalyan, couldnot of been more helpful,, from arranging transfers and meeting us personally on arrival, to sorting out the least little problem during our stay. The villa itself was very spacious including all mod cons.The owner had also equipped it with some essentials on our arrival that most Villas do not supply,, for example,tea,coffee,milk,etc. The kids loved the pool. It was only a short walk to the first of the riverside restaurants that lead the way into the town centre. Looking forward to booking next years holiday at this Villa again.
