We are owners that take pride in our villa as a holiday home and rent only to people that value Villa holidays with the flexibility and privacy it offers.
We really care that renters enjoy their stay and that the villa offers everything they need to enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Why they chose this property
We wanted a sea view that could not be obscured (which in Cyprus with all the building work is very difficult) but also wanted the villa to be located close to all amenities but not at the heart of the noise of the town or on a road which was busy.
We parked on an escarpment picked a plot, gazed at the seaview and then had the villa built....quite a journey but think the results were worth it.

What makes this property unique
Lots of villas in Cyprus have agents that are not very good, pools are maintained only occassionally. We have a pool that is maintained twice per week, english speaking agents and maintenance assistance and gardens that are well cared for.
