Modern, spacious (1083 sq ft), one bedroom, two bathroom, single level condominium situated in a private desert oasis.
The Racquet Club Colony offers an intimate, gated residential community of only 20 units. The community was built in 1983 as the third and final phase of the Racquet Club of Palm Springs -- playground of legendary Hollywood stars such as Marilyn Monroe.

Private, one-level unit overlooks beautiful community pool and spa. During winter months (January - March) the pool and spa will not be heated due to increased gas pricing to the HOA. 1083 square feet of living space, plus enclosed patios off of dining area and master suite. Two full baths, including marble walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Full kitchen with granite counters, small appliances and cooking utensils. Completely redecorated and refurnished in 2012 with modern decor.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather all garbage from kitchen and bathrooms and thrown into the bins near the Indian Canyon Entrance (See map for trash receptacles)
Patio must be left tidy and BBQ scraped if used
Please place pool keys and gate remote on the dining room table. Please be sure to close and lock all doors and windows before departing the condo.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The complex is subject to inclement weather conditions including heavy wind, and there is no daily pool service, along with requesting that pool chair

Of the many properties I considered when purchasing in 2016, this was the one I would personally choose to rent for a vacation. It offers the ideal balance of location, setting, and style, creating a place that feels both inviting and perfectly suited for a Palm Springs getaway.
