Breathtaking views of glacier and mountains from large south facing balcony. Ideal for sun worshipping all year round. Main lounge sofa bed plus separate bedroom annexe has bunkbed with memory foam mattresses. Peaceful location. High altitude skiing/snowboarding with fast gondala lift to glacier open 2025 and adventure sports available all year plus hiking, canoeing, white-water rafting and mountain-biking in Summer. Les 2 Alpes has largest snow park in Europe. It has a large, resident, cosmopolitan community that is both friendly and welcoming. Brilliant apres-ski and nightlife and many cafes, bars and restaurants and spa hotels. Great for singles, couples and small families/groups.

I am a self-employed marketing director from Hampshire with an 11 year old son. I manage the Villa in Menorca (which we are advertising for rent) on behalf of my family who have owned it since I was 15. I have visited every year to top up on beautiful views, tranquillity and & swimming. The villa and the beaches in Menorca are ideal for children. All our family love the swimming and snorkelling opportunities that are available there and we are deeply in love with the island of Menorca. The flat in Les 2 Alpes, France (which we are also advertising for rent), I bought personally 5 years ago so that my son could learn to ski and share my passion for the outdoors. The French flat is perfectly formed, especially now it's been refurbished, and is ski-in, ski-out to the slopes.
Why they chose this property
Menorca is somewhere where it is truly possible to get away from the rat race. There are so many places that are off the beaten track. It is easy to find peace and escape as well as to immerse yourself in good living and laughter. The villa is high up which gives you a sense of space, light & freedom and yet the island offers a vast array of natural and manmade pleasures. Its superb for adults, teenagers and children.
I love Les Deux Alpes for its sunny, open location, stunnng mountai views, proximity to Italy, cosmopolitan life and year-round skiing. It's also an easy resort to drive to from Grenoble and Lyon airports. We also chose a resort that was easy to drive to along the Autoroutes. It's a lively, happening town yet the flat is so quiet and peaceful.

What makes this property unique
I love the luxury of the flat in Les 2 Alpes. Its so much smarter and better furnished than my home in the UK. I wish I could live there year round.
It's extraordinary views make it a very special place for us. It's so easy to relax there because everything is so close by:-the ski lift, the European ski school, the cafes where we drink far too much hot chocolate; the restaurants where we crash out after a day's skiing and the fabulous, steamy open air swimming pool which we visit all the time in the Winter and Summer.
This Summer, I nearly passed out when my son took me to the tree top Adventure Park; its pretty scary walking on a wire 40ft up; sheer adrenaline. Venosc village, a lift ride away, is well worth a visit for its arts and crafts.
