Villa Kalogris has private pool, BBQ and parking space. This 2 storey, traditional property boasts breathtaking view across the Ionian sea over to the neighboring islands of Ithaka and Lefkas. It is situated just 500m from Maganos village with local tavernas, mini markets, grocery shops and 3km from the picturesque Fiskardo. This lovely villa is ideally located among olive trees and beautiful flowers in a relaxing and peaceful surrounding. It is stylishly furnished throughout and fully equipped with everything you need for your holidays. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas and a separate dining/kitchen area seating six. The living room has 2 patio doors that lead directly onto the pool terrace. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. On the upper floor there are two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The villa was quiet and peaceful with amazing views. It was extremely clean. Nick was a great host and responded to any queries very promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved Fiskardo and the surrounding area.

We loved this villa! The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful north coast beaches. Car is a must. Easy to get to fiskardo. The views were incredible and Nick, the host, was super helpful and friendly. The outdoor area was quiet and perfect for relaxing. The pool was very well cared for, as were the grounds. Indoors, decor was simple but spotless. Beds super comfortable and the extra touches of coffee, fruit and wine were appreciated.

Nick met us and guided us to our home for the two weeks. He is very helpful and nothing too much trouble. The villa is spotless and in a quiet area but close to Magganos where you can find two supermarkets the fantastic PICNIC for breakfast or lunch, and sitting at the bar on the crossroads provides a good hour of traffic fun at lunchtime. The villa is very well situated to visit lots of local beaches and a drive into Fiskardo in the evenings. Early morning beach and sitting by the pool in the afternoon, with its outstanding views was our preference. There’s nothing to fault here, lots of extras provided, washing tabs, soap, coffee amongst them and a couple of bottles of wine to welcome you in. Pool towels provided and changed regularly. A wonderful stay. Thank you Nick. It was so nice to meet you and we wish you well with everything. Hope to see you again.

This is a beautiful villa, 10mins drive from Fiskardo. Perched on a hill, it offers absolutely spectacular views over to Ithaca and north to the Mainland - absolutely world class views. The villa was spacious and clean, each of the three bedrooms was en suite which is great. The outside space is superb - a great pool with plenty of space to sunbathe or seek shade. We were within easy reach of many great places like Myrtos, Assos, Fiskardo and many beaches.We hired a small boat from DD in Fiskardo for a great day out and went down to Argostoli for a day cruise (Dreamy Cruises) which was great. The swimming and snorkelling is amazing. In Maganos, there are small shops and Alia’s Yard restaurant which is excellent - 15-20mins walk. Would highly recommend - it’s a superb villa for a superb holiday! Many thanks to Nick!

This is a fabulous villa up above the village of Maganos and only ten minutes from the wonderful port of Fiskardo. We travelled as a family of four and were met by the fantastic owner Nick who showed us around and made us feel so welcome. The pool is perfect and the area around has shade and privacy and the most spectacular views to Ithaca, Lefkada and the Greek mainland. We spent 9 days here and didn’t want to leave so there is very good chance we will be back some day!

Perfect house with panoramic views. I don’t think we will ever stay in a place which will beat the views! Pool was a perfect addition to keep us cool and house has everything that you could need. Great location for exploring the area.

Fabulous villa and location

Gorgeous villa, amazing views and a lovely area of Kefalonia with Fiskardo only ten minute drive away. Nick the property owner was very helpful and friendly with regular pool cleaning and a villa mid week clean.

Fantastic villa

We had a truly wonderful time at the villa and Nick was a fantastic host. He was so helpful and made our stay very easy. The pool area is so well thought out and the sea views are incredible. The facilities were good and the aircon worked well and was much appreciated in the heat. This is such a gem that we are keen to return soon!

A perfect family villa just outside Fiscardo

We had a wonderful time in this lovely villa. The location was just what we wanted just outside Fiscardo. The villa had incredible views and lovely pool and eating / sunbathing area that we enjoyed relaxing in. Nick was very friendly and helpful and came to find us when we took a wrong turn on the way there. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Title says it all really! This property is even better than the photos. Inside it’s spacious, very clean, very well equipped. Outside it’s simply magical. Nick is a great host, very helpful but not intrusive. I can honestly say this is the best self-catering property we’ve ever been in and we’ve been to many. We all hope to be back soon!

Great villa

It is the second time we rented this villa and it is one of our favorite. Nick is a great host. The villa is very clean and quiet, the view is amazing. The exterior is as nice as the interior. Nice beds, nice climatisation nice pool and nice view. Couldn’t ask for more
