The first floor has a huge living/dining and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers, a wine cooler and an additional full-size refrigerator in the utility room, adjacent to the kitchen. The dining table seats up to 14 people and there is room for four more at an additional table. The kitchen/ breakfast bar seats six. The living area is open and airy, has plenty of comfortable seating, a wet bar, large TV and opens onto the 15 x 55 foot Gulf front deck. This beautiful covered deck has two full-size dining tables and plenty of seating.

There are two bedrooms on this floor. The master suite with doors opening to the Gulf front deck has a king bed, wall mounted TV, a sleeper sofa, large mirror, and a huge master bath with double vanity, jetted garden tub, and walk-in double head shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, sleeper sofa and opens to a street side balcony. There is a second full bath with double-head shower which serves this bedroom and the main living area.

The upper level of the house features a second, large living area with a 14' tall window wall which opens to the 11 x 55 Gulf front deck. It has a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable arm chairs, large TV, and a kitchenette/bar with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink and bar stool seating for six. To the left of the living area is the second master suite. It has a king bed, sleeper sofa, private bath with double head shower and doors leading to the Gulf front deck. Next to this, another bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed, private bath, and a door to a private balcony with views of the Sound. On the opposite side of the living area is yet another master suite, with a king bed and a sleeper sofa, wall mounted TV, private bath with double vanity, double head shower and doors opening to the Gulf front deck. The ADA compliant bedroom is also on this side with a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a door opening to a private balcony with views of the sound. Adjacent to this bedroom is a fully ADA compliant bathroom/shower that also services the upper living area.

Under the house there is covered parking for up to 10 cars and room for an additional four on the driveways. There is also an outdoor H/C shower. On the west side of the house is a private garden with a large patio with pavers and a gazebo! The garden is landscaped with palm trees, bushes and native grasses. This beautiful home even has a 55' x 48' open covered space under the house.
