Village Property in Nazaret, Lanzarote, Canary Islands - Peaceful Rural Location
About Kim Morrison
My husband and I live here in Lanzarote with our dog, Alfie. We have lived on this beautiful island for 15 years now and we absolutely love it here. We love to welcome new guests and returning guests and have made many friends over the years. We look forward to meeting you.
Kim Morrison purchased this Villa in 2004
Why Kim Morrison chose Nazaret
We used to holiday in Nazaret and we came to love the area so much that when the opportunity of buying our property came up, we grabbed the opportunity with both hands. We have lovingly renovated Villa Ann, Casa Ida and Casa Joanna and are very proud of both of our properties. Nazaret is an great base for exploring the many delights this wonderful island has to offer. It is a far cry from the bright lights and bars of the main resorts and is ideal if you are looking for peace and relaxation. Come and experience the real Lanzarote, we are sure you will love it as much as we do.
What makes this Villa unique
Villa Ann, Casa Ida and Casa Joanna offer flexible accommodation options. They can be booked together for larger families and will sleep 10, 6 in the villa and 2 in each of the Apartments (the apartments are not suitable for children) or they can be booked separately. Please note, if you are only booking an Apartment, then there is no access to the swimming pool. However, the Apartments do have a lovely terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ for alfresco dining.

Very well equipped and comfortable property. Very helpful owners. Excellent welcome pack. Great location for seeing the whole island.
Thank you Norma/Ian - so glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you also for the lovely comments in the Guest Book. Hopefully, we will see you both again next year.
Fun time at Casa Ida
Brilliant week for us relaxing at Casa Ida. Well equipped and in a quiet location, nothing too much trouble. Thanks Brian and Kim xx
Great base for holiday
Weather apart, (it was very wet, unusually), the apartment was very spacious and well equipped. A very nice welcome pack was provided free of charge, a portable gas heater was very welcome as the evenings were cold and The bottle was replaced quickly when it ran out UK tv was also a good thing as he weather was poor with lots of rain, not typical even at that time of year(Jan/ Feb). Nice area to sit out when the sun did shine with loungers and a table and chairs. Comfortable beds so good nights sleep. Kim and Brian were very helpful without being intrusive so a good time altogether.
Thanks Tony - glad you enjoyed yourself, despite the awful weather! Please come back and see us again when "normal service" resumes
Spacious Villa Is Ideal For Two People
We had a very enjoyable stay in this spacious villa. It is in a central location, ideal for exploring this lovely island.
Nearby is our favourite town of Teguise, with its interesting buildings, nice shops and good restaurants.
Kim and Brian are very friendly, and the welcome pack was much appreciated as we did not arrive until 10pm.
If you want to be away from the busy tourist areas, but not too far from civilisation, Nazaret is a very good choice.
Thank you - so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you both again.
Very nice well furnished villa with good wifi and UK TV
We stayed one week in January 2016 and enjoyed it so much we came for two weeks in February/March 2017. Would recommend it if you want a central country location but you do need a car or at least a bike.. The owners Kim and Brian are very friendly and welcoming.
Spacious and comfortable
A delightful, roomy, well-equipped villa in a central position, making it ideal for touring, sightseeing and walking. Very friendly and helpful hosts.
10 minutes drive to Costa Teguise beaches where there is great snorkelling or 10 minutes drive to Famara beach for surfing, windsurfing etc - great waves. Puerto del Carmen approximately 25 minutes drive.
Nazaret is centrally located on the island and makes a great base for exploring everything Lanzarote has to offer.
Arrecife airport approximately 20-25 minutes drive.
Casa Ida is situated in the tranquil village of Nazaret, approximately 10 mins drive from the coastal resorts of Costa Teguise and Famara and approximately 20-25 mins drive from the airport. Puerto del Carmen is about 25 mins drive away. The old capital of Teguise is 5 mins drive away and every Sunday there is a huge market there. There is a golf course about 10 minutes away.
A well stocked supermarket is within walking distance. The Nazaret Sociedad is also within walking distance and you can eat and drink quite cheaply there.
There are also lots more bars and restaurants in the old capital of Teguise, which is approximately 2km away. Check on Trip Advisor for La Cantina, Ikarus and Acatife.
Complimentary welcome pack on arrival, including tea, coffee, bread, milk, ham, cheese, pate, biscuits, crackers, champagne, beer etc in fact, all you need to get your holiday off to a flying start. Ideal for people who like to walk and also for bird watchers. A recent "twitcher" spotted 46 different species around and about, including Barbary Falcon.
