Why they chose this property

It is located right in front of the sandy beach of Agios Stefanos . Spectacular views over San Stefanos Bay and the islands of Diaplo, Mathraki, Othoni and Ericcusa and also good views of Albania (on a clear day).
Each of the two villas consists of three stories and each villa has its own private swimming pool (7.5 x 5 metres), sun beds, BBQ and each is set in well maintained, colourful gardens.
They are furnished to a high standard with very tasteful and sophisticated decoration. T
