This private estate of old stone houses is located in Fakamia a peaceful hillside hamlet nearby Nisaki, heart of the most beautiful and prestigious North Est coast of Corfu. The house has been completely renovated, designed and furnished by its owner who is a designer. The premises benefit from an exceptional view towards the sea and the Greek and Albanian coast. On the ground floor is the sitting room with an open plan kitchen which leads to the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and separate loo. To the other side is the guest bedroom with an adjacent shower room and loo. The staircase leads to the covered terrace of 100 m2 with a summer dining area, lounge, kitchenette, solarium with shower and a sink. All the rooms of this house look onto the exceptional full sea view as well as the ground floor terrace with its swimming pool.
Second master-bedroom with his en-suite bathroom is accessible from the pool terrace.
