Wonderful accommodation, in a beautiful unspoilt part of France, so quiet and relaxing. The hosts, Debbie and Graham, were so helpful and on hand if and when needed.

An idyllic location for a couple or small family
Thank you Debbie and Graeme for allowing us to stay in the wonderful farmhouse in Figeas. The family (2 adults and 2 small children) spent a really enjoyable and relaxing week in a beautiful location. Debbie and Graeme were on hand but always discreet. Their little touches (fresh eggs, wine bread and olives when you arrive for example) show how much they think about their guests. There was space for the boys to run around (trying not to bother the chickens) and the pool was superb fun.
There is plenty to do and see in the surrounding villages and towns, even some horse racing at Pompedour, with Segur Le Chateau being our favourite. Sarlat was amazing, but obviously a bit touristy. Best of all however was sitting outside on the balcony, after the boys were asleep, with a glass of wine and drinking in the view and tranquility.
I have already recommended the Farmhouse to friends and family and would thoroughly recommend to anyone reading this review. We will be looking to book again.
The property exceeded expectations, the house although a character property you want for nothing it is very well equipped and the rooms are very spacious.
Debbie was the most incredible host, we arrived to a bundle of goodies and they kept coming throughout our trip. Very much at a distance however available should we need anything at all.
Can’t recommend more highly.
Beautiful place, wonderful house, great for family
My family and I had a really wonderful week at the Farmhouse in August 2019. We have stayed in many gites in France over the years and this was certainly the best equipped and in the best condition. The rooms are large and stayed consistently cool despite the hot weather. Bedrooms well appointed and there was a good set up for adults and children.
The pool was immaculately kept and the garden is huge with plenty of space for games.
The area is great for a quiet week or so holiday and we enjoyed days out to local towns and picturesque picnics, returning to the pool in the afternoon.
Well appointed property with wood burners in the lounge and kitchen. Ideal for those cosy nights and afternoon/evening barbecues.
Debbie and Graham were top notch English hosts. Would certainly go again.

maison très agréable
Très belle location, très calme et pleine d'authenticité. Décorée avec goût. Poules, moutons, vous entourent;
Les propriétaires habitent la maison en face mais sont très discrets.
Piscine agréable au milieu du jardin, mais un peu fraiche.

A beautiful period farmhouse
...set in a quiet hamlet surrounded by countryside.
Our host, Debbie, was so welcoming and kind. The home baked goodies and welcome pack were very well received! Debbie even supplied us with freshly picked cucumbers during our stay.
The pool is fantastic, with lovely views and well screened. The pool was impeccably clean and we know how much work goes into that!
Our daughter, son-in-law, 18 month old grandson and us all stayed together and were able to completely chill out for a week. We hardly wanted or needed to go anywhere.
The farmhouse is spacious, well furnished and equipped, and very clean.
Thank you Debbie for a lovely, chilled-out stay. We would love to come again.
Linda, Sam, Leila, Paul and little Charlie (who sends you another one of his charming blown kisses).

Farmhouse in Figeas
What a beautiful, idyllic location. The farmhouse was spotless, it contains everything you could possibly need for a family holiday.
Beautiful surroundings for the children to explore and run around. Our children ( 2 and 4 yrs old) loved the outdoor pool and feeding the lambs.
Debbie was a fabulous, friendly host, making sure we had everything needed. The welcome pack was also most appreciated!
It was also the perfect location to experience French markets, lovely restaurants and days out.
We loved our family holiday at the farmhouse- you couldn't not!

Outstanding hidden gem
No review or thesaurus full of synonyms can ever adequately describe this idyllic gite and it's fantastic owners, Debbie and Graham, who can't do enough to make your stay brilliant.......
The place and setting are simply beautiful.......
Fantastic welcome on our arrival, with a glass or two of wine to break the ice !!!
Great day out at the races at Pompadour, and a tremendous night out at the ' marche de nuit' at Segur le Chateau followed by a number of days by the pool....
Thanks Debbie and Graham for a wonderful time, and looking forward to seeing you next summer.

Farmhouse in Figeas
A fantastic property in a beautiful spot. The pictures on the website don't do it justice, as it was much larger than we were expecting. The children loved the outdoor space and the pool and it's a perfect property for a young family (our children are 6, 8 & 10). There's loads to see and do in the surrounding area and it's not a very touristy area, so no crowds to deal with. Our highlight was canoeing on the Vereze and the children also enjoyed the zoo. The night markets were a great way to mix with locals and sample the regional specialities.

Farmhouse in Figeas
We've just returned from a wonderful holiday in this beautiful farmhouse. The photos on the website do not do it justice, it is far more spacious. The farmhouse has been beautifully restored by the owners to a very high standard, and is very well equipped. The setting is picturesque, and very peaceful. The land adjoining the property allows the children to have lots of freedom, with a lovely pool to cool down in too.
Our children (6&2), loved everything about this property, the land, pool, house, chickens, dogs, & kittens, and Debbie and Graham. Debbie and Graham could not have been better hosts, providing us with everything we needed and more, without invading our space.
It's a lovely area to explore, great places to walk and cycle from your front door. Good places for children to visit - chateaus, aquarium, zoo.
In the words of our 6 yr old son " the farmhouse, and Debbie and Graham are awesome!"

Amazing house, lovely owners
My family and I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing 10 day break at the farmhouse at Figeas. My young children, 6, 4 and 2 adored the refreshing pool which we used often to cool off. The weather was fabulous and we couldn't have had a better stay. The farmhouse itself was incredibly well equipped with great linen, towels and wonderfully comfortable beds. The main sitting room was incredibly grand and it was great to kick back in the evenings with a glass of red and watch some British TV!
There were some lovely walks around the house. My husband and I love to jog and we found some really wonderful routes around the nearby chateau.
The children loved the bread van that came to the back door. It was such a novelty for them to buy their croissants. The local town of Figeas had an amazing butchers so we didn't need to do that much hypermarket shopping.
Debbie and Graham were always on hand to help with any problems (not that there were any) and they even had us round for a glass of wine or two which was fantastic.

AMAZING PLACE
Arriving at this beautiful place we were greeted by Debbie & Graham , And there lovely dog's penny & Dolly.
They could not of made us feel more welcome and at home . We were absolutely stunned by the beauty of this area , The gite was so homely with everything you could need to make your stay complete , A traditional farmhouse kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious dishes. The outside table and chairs were fab for dining alfresco and admiring the beautiful scenery and wildlife. The swimming pool is just the job to cool down on a hot summer's day . Every room had lovely finishing touches from the chilled out lounge to the extra comfy bed's that have elegant white cotton sheet's .The shower was excellent as was the roll top bath . From the moment you walk in you can feel the essence of living the French lifestyle . Graham & Debbie have worked so hard to providing this amazing holiday home for guest's to feel totally relaxed in a sanctuary of calm and beauty . Would I go back ... "Tomorrow" .... Thank you Debbie & Graham .. Fantastico...
