Nice well equiped property

The property was well equiped for holiday requirements. Local village has what you need. The bakery was nice for fresh croissants and baguettes. Also a small intermarche within walking distance which was handy. Plenty to do in the area, château's, caves etc. We particularly liked the Base de Loisirs de Rouffiac, which is a lake with beach and plenty of activities, kayaking, swimming, water ski park, tree park with zip lines, high wire bridges etc and it had different levels of difficulty depending on size and age of the adventurer's. There was also a nice little restaurant for some lunch or refreshments. The house has a good size garden for outdoor play. Our only, quite petty criticism was the front double bedroom smelt a bit musty and stale, particularly the wardrobe. This may be because the shutters and window were kept closed to keep it cool. Just needs a freshen up and plenty of fresh air. Maybe we were the first visitors for a while so it had been closed up too long. Overall though, pleased with the property.

Vacances au calme

Séjour très agréable, maison bien équipée, avec un grand jardin que les enfants ont apprécié, propriétaires accueillants. Plan d'eau à proximité (qq km) sympa avec les enfants. Beaucoup de choses à visiter sans aller très loin (grottes , villages magnifiques...) sans oublier de nombreux terraventura à faire en famille.

maison confortable avec jardin à proximité de la base de loisirs Rouffiac, idéal nature et famille

Maison confortable avec grand jardin à l'arrière. Communication très fluide avec les propriétaire vraiment sympathiques et disponibles si besoin. Idéalement située à 5 mn à pied du petit centre du village de Payzac. Chaque jeudi d'août une soirée musicale avec food truck dans la halle ouverte avec tables et bancs, on a même pu assister à la fête du village avec concert rock, repas sous la halle ouverte et feu d'artifice, top ! 10 mn de voiture de la base de loisirs de Rouffiac, baignade surveillée, grand tour du lac très agréable... Nous recommandons clairement cette jolie maison où nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, je remercie encore les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse accessibilité. Famille Rob

Maison propre bien équipée, plein de chose à visiter autour. Pas assez de temps pour tout découvrir, nature, château, canoë, randonnées avec Terra aventura (les enfants ont adoré). Propriétaires à l'écoute. Bref à refaire !
