Property situated in a hamlet of the Périgord Vert. Rest and relaxation with family or friends. Fully equipped house. 1 covered terrace with summer kitchen and barbecue + 1 terrace with sitting room. Relaxation with a 30 degree heated indoor swimming pool, covered outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. Boules pitch with ability to play at night. Accepted animals. Easy access for disabled people. Car park.
We offer all interior equipment: dishwasher, induction hob, washing machine, dryer, iron, flat screen TV, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi, baby equipment (cot, high chair, changing table, bathtub, potty). Sheets are included as well as towels. For small equipment we offer coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc ... We wish to bring you the most comfort possible.

The cleanest of cottages

I don't think I've ever stayed in a cottage as clean as this. Nadine and Jean-Pierre are very proud of their house and look after their guests very well, with their own wine and eggs and local products. The house is really well equipped and in a lovely, quiet area. We enjoyed exploring the Perigord Vert on foot and on bike. We would definitely stay again.

Stay at le Gites de Thomas

The property was lovely, very quiet and stunning views. Jean - Pierre and Nadine were very helpful. Fresh bread and croissants were available daily and were very nice. Pool and hot tub were very welcome after a hard day's exploring the Peri- Nord. The Gite was excellent for people with a disability, very accessible with wide corridor and wide doorways. In all I would fully recommend this Gite for a stay and would love to return in the future.

The Perfect Stay

Mr. Antoine gave us a full tour of the entire place emphasizing on the cleanliness of everything, even, moving couches and beds for us to check the cleanliness. The place is spotless and pretty modern. They invited us for l'apperot after the tour. This rental has everything that one would need for a nice romantic couple's getaways. Mr. and Mrs. Antoine are super nice and accommodating. The Perigord region is beautiful and if you love eating duck like I do, you'll be in paradise. We'll definitely come back but this time with friends. This was truly the Perfect Stay.

Lovely house with great facilities and very hospitable owners.

We had a really lovely week in France. The house was very well equipped and spotless. The garden was beautiful with an amazing view. The pool was amazing: the water was kept at 30 degrees as promised and the jacuzzi was also very appreciated - the kids loved it! The owners delivered freshly made bread every morning if written on the board the night before. We explored many places in the region: all within an easy drive. We would love to come to back sometimes and thank-you for a great introduction to the Dordogne!

A pleasant 2 weeks

We had a great stay at the villa this August. The villa is very clean and has all the amenities that you could require. Our children loved the pool which was heated and undercover so we did not have to worry about them getting sunburnt. Plenty to do in the surrounding areas. A highlight was the ability to order bread and pastries each morning to be delivered to the villa. Although there was a slight language barrier with the hosts, they were always quick to reply to us and were very nice helpful people. Thanks for a great stay.

Expected more for the high cost. Bed linen inferior and pillows badly stained. Did not enjoy the extended cleanliness tour. Furniture worn. Shower mastic needed replacement. Outside gravel area needed weeding. All-in-all not up to expectations. Owners pleasant but overly intense. Kitchen nice. Garden relatively small. Pool warm but opening/closing pool cover and plastic walls of gazebo as instructed every day was tiresome. Nice seating area behind pool. Jacuzzi very nice. Outside griddle very useful. Shame lovely views restricted by hedges. Awful smell from septic tank (?) on occasions which even meant closing door into house at times. This was the most expensive rental we have ever stayed in having been in many 3/4 bedroom villas with heated pools before in France, Europe and across 4 continents. At around 300 euros a night it should have been better. Sorry we were really disappointed compared to the week before which was half the price and a had a lovely heated pool in a large garden with quality bed linens, furniture and free electric bikes. Sorry Nadine and Jean-Pierre the gite was not for us.

Je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas été satisfait. Sans nous prévenir de votre départ à 6 h du matin alors que nous devions faire l'état des lieux de propreté du gite à votre départ.. La veille par SMS je vous avais signifié notre venue à 9 h 45 pour l'état des lieux. Vous m'avez répondu à 21 h 30 vous avez je pense volontairement oublié de me dire votre départ à 6 h. Nous avons récupérer le gîte dans un état de non propreté. Vous avez pourtant signé (preuve à l'appui) à votre arrivée que le gîte était parfait, très propre et que vous feriez le ménage, ce qui n'a pas été le cas. Si le linge ne vous plaisait pas vous auriez dû nous le dire de suite avec la propreté des taies d'oreiller, nous aurions pu réagir de suite car les draps sont de hautes qualités ainsi que les dessus de lit. La visite d'arrivée que vous avez trouvé longue et pas apprécié c'était dans le but de vous démontrer la propreté exemplaire faite par la société de nettoyage , à ce moment là vous auriez dû réagir suite au document que l'on vous a fait signé concernant la propreté où vous aviez deux heures pour nous signalé tout probléme de propreté et de linge .Vous aviez le choix entre moyen bien et très bien, vous avez signé très bien (preuve à l'appui). Pour information vous n'avez pas payé 300 Euros la nuit, c'était 245 Euros plus les frais d'Abritel, vous connaissiez le prix à l'avance. Vous aviez à votre disposition un vélo aquabike auquel vous ne vous êtes pas servi. Cordialement

We hadden een supergoed verblijf in Sarlande.De ontvangst was heel hartelijk door Nadine en Jean-Pierre.Goed uitgeruste vakantiewoning (zwembad , jacuzzi en sauna). Rustige ligging. De woning blijft ook mooi koel bij warme temperaturen.Zwembad is overdekt, wat ook handig is voor de kinderen bij warme temperaturen.

Magnifiques vacances

Gîte magnifique avec tout le confort souhaité, on s’est sentis « comme à la maison ». Tout contribue à se sentir bien après une journée de balades et de visites: piscine abritée et chauffée à 30 degrés, jacuzzi, parties de pétanques… même notre chienne s’est sentie bien ici (jardin bien clôturé) Jean-Pierre et Nadine savent accueillir les gens et aiment vraiment les animaux ! Repas du soir en leur compagnie très apprécié, petit déjeuner au top! On reviendra, c’est sur!

Séjour agréable et dépaysant

Nous avons passé un merveilleux weekend lors d'un long pont dans le gîte de Thomas. L'accueil de Nadine et Jean-Pierre est top. Ils offrent un petit apéro lors de l'arrivée avec de bons produits faits maison. Les hôtes sont très disponibles mais également très discrets. Le gîte est bien équipé, bien entretenu et très propre, on se sent presque comme à la maison. La piscine chauffée et couverte est agréable tout comme le jacuzzi. Possibilité de faire des parties de pétanque et sauna. Toboggan, balançoires, arc, filet de badminton panier de basket et cage de foot appréciés des enfants dans la zone commune aux gîtes. Bref, tout est fait pour que les vacanciers, grands comme petits, puissent passer d'agréables vacances !

Accueil très chaleureux de Nadine et Jean Pierre maison ultra propre très bien équipée les services fidèles à la description jardin entièrement clôturé très bien pour notre chienne. Nous pouvons faire livrer Le pain les viennoiseries le matin devant la porte la piscine est bien à 30 degrés quel plaisir jacuzzi. Très bonne literie. Je recommande cette location. Un grand merci pour ce super séjour.

Tout est parfait. Nadine et Jean Pierre sont des personnes fabuleuses leur laisir est de faire plaisir. Nous n'avons aucune suggestion à faire à part restez comme vous êtes. Haute qualite

La communication est aisée et l’accueil a été très chaleureux. La maison est ultra propre et rien ne manque. Les propriétaires sont à votre écoute pour tout et reste très discrets en même temps. Je recommande a 2000% !! Attention si vous voulez déjeuner au restaurant de Sarlande, il faudra penser à réserver pour ne pas risquer de repartir le ventre vide :-)

Un petit séjour tout en douceur

Nadine et Jean-Pierre ont été bienveillants de notre arrivée à notre départ. La maison est très agréable et rien ne manque. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le pain était livré à notre porte. Un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé 2 semaines que nous avons appréciées.
