Charming Périgord countryside - Ideal Family (ies) with children
It is an old Perigord house that we have restored in the heart of the Green Périgord, near Saint Yrieix la Perche and Excideuil.
In a small hamlet in the countryside, calm and tranquility are the watchwords.
Region renowned for its classified sites, its gastronomy, its welcome and its authenticity. You will find a lot of activities nearby: Golf, mountain biking, hiking, water ski lift (water skiing, wake boarding), canoeing, visiting castles, villages, walks, rest ...
The 140m2 house consists of 4 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed), 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a living room with a wood stove open to the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine - dishes, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge, and all the equipment necessary for cooking ... 1 laundry room with washing machine, and steam generator. Internet, WiFi, television, and game console.
The house has a whole bunch of board games for young and old, books, and games for babies and children. For babies, you will find a travel cot, a high chair, a playpen, a changing table, as well as a cot.
You will appreciate the garden, its shaded terrace and, for the youngest, swing, slide and trampoline.
The house can accommodate 6 people and a baby. Two additional places are possible in the living room (convertible sofa).
The cleaning must be done at the end of the stay. We can offer you a cleaning option for an additional € 60. Sheets and towels are not provided.
The house is perfect for two families!
