Périgord-Limousin, beautiful village house in a garden at the foot of the castle
Old house in a garden of 2000 m2, terrace in a green setting with views of the castle.
Spacious and quiet accommodation near the main shops of a pretty village.
The house consists of a large living-dining room, two large bedrooms and a smaller one on the ground floor and bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The bathroom and separate toilet are on the ground floor. The kitchen is independent.
The large garden allows you to relax and play (chairs and large portico). The garden is located on the enclosed terrace at the ends.
Ideal place to find peace with family or friends and enjoy the walks and cultural and sports activities offered by the village and the surrounding area.
A contract with the terms of the rental is sent to the tenant when booking. It is then asked for a deposit of 400 euros which is not cashed and which is returned in full if there is no degradation at the departure of the tenant.
In case the cleaning has not been done at the time of departure, 75 euros will be retained.
Linen can be rented. (Napkins)
