Modern guest cottage annexe for 4 people. Completely self-contained, non-smoking with private access. Located 1 ½ miles from St Teath, reached by its own lane. Set in a rural location with excellent access to the North Cornwall Coast and Bodmin Moor with Polzeath, Port Isaac, Rock and Tintagel within 20 minutes.

The Cottage has a lounge/dining room. The Lounge area has sofas, TV and DVD player. The dining area has a large kitchen table with high chair on request. The chest of drawers has a selection of DVD's, books, local maps, family games and toys. The separate kitchen has a electric cooker, induction hob, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and another with 2 single beds that can be made up as a double bed on request. Opposite is a bathroom with large walk in shower. Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels) and beds are made up for your arrival.

In front of the cottage is a private courtyard, you also have access to a grassed area by our smallholding. Depending on the time of year we have sheep, pigs and chickens that you can see. There is off road parking for 2 cars across the private lane.
