We are pleased to welcome you into our inviting holiday home, situated in a quiet area just steps from the beautiful white sand beach of San Giovanni di Posada and 5 minutes from one of the named East Coast beaches: 'the wide beach of La Caletta'.
Place of enchantment, surrounded by an extraordinary scenery which includes our magnificent sea and our beautiful pine forest.
In our house you will stay in silence and away from traffic, in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
Since the arrival you will be surrounded by a pleasant feeling of welcome, where you will find yourself at home, albeit for a limited period.

Gut gelegene Wohnung, 3 min vom Strand entfernt. Prima ausgestattet. Ausgezeichnete Betten. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Haben unseren Aufenthalt als Familie sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Urlaub im Spätsommer

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und auskunftsfähig. Die Unterhaltung mit ihr in Englisch war problemlos. Zum Baden und Wandern ein super Ausgangsunkt.

Ruhe im Juni

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Wochen in San Giovanni verbracht. Um diese Jahreszeit wurde uns beschrieben, dass es dort noch sehr ruhig zugeht. Das war tatsächlich so zu unserer Freude. San Giovanni ist ein Vorort von La Caletta und bei normalem Tempo fussläufig in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Dort findet man Zahlreiche Geschäfte, Restaurants und Supermärkte. Direkt neben der Wohnung ist auch ein kleiner Supermarkt und auch dort sind Restaurants. Uns hat es sehr gut bei Rina gefallen. Sie spricht sehr gut englisch, ist hilfsbereit, war immer erreichbar. Rundum für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung (viale Sardegna 29)

Die Zimmer und der Balkon der Wohnung im 1. OG sind überdurchschnittlich geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Gute Matratzen und eine Küche in der alles Wichtige vorhanden ist, auch ein Backofen. Geräumiges Bad/WC in dem alles funktioniert. Kaum Leitungsgeräusche (Wasserleitungen, Spülkästen sind in Italien oft sehr geräuschvoll). Bad mit Elektroboiler = immer genügend Warmwasser. Wohnung und Terrasse sind gegen Süden/Westen ausgerichtet und vollständig überdacht., d.h. die Sonne kommt ca. um 9:00 Uhr (Sommerzeit) auf die Terrasse und bleibt dann bis am Abend. Alle Fenster haben Mückenschutz (Sommer/Herbst von Vorteil) und schliessen gut. Die Liegenschaft ist schön umgeben von Pinien und Garten. Die Nachbar-Häuser im Süden sind unbewohnt da noch kein Innenausbau. Im Mai war es herrlich ruhig, keine anderen Bewohner waren im Haus. Kein Baulärm und kein Verkehrslärm. Zwei einfache Bars in 150 / 350 m Distanz sind ganzjährig geöffnet. Zum Badestrand und zur Strandbar (offen normalerweise von Ostern bis Mitte Oktober) sind es auch nur 300 bis 350 m San Giovanni ist in der Nebensaison recht menschenleerund es hat nur in der Hochsaison einen Lebensmitteladen, in La Caletta (1.5 km) gibt es immer alles. Wir finden gerade das toll. Die Wohnung kann ich empfehlen und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und herzlich.

Schöne Wohnung nahe am Strand

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt zu viert absolut ausreichend. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und auf dem großen Balkon kann man toll frühstücken oder entspannt den Abend ausklingen lassen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Nähe zum sehr schönen Strand. Direkt im Nachbarhaus befindet sich ein kleiner Laden in dem man fürs Frühstück frische Brötchen und auch sonst die wichtigsten Dinge kaufen kann. Die Matratzen sind extrem hart, was das schlafen etwas unentspannt macht. Vom Preis-leistungsverhältnis aber auf jeden Fall eine absolut empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Wir hatten auch einen sehr netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin Rina, die uns auch Tips für Strände und Ausflüge gegeben hat, sowie uns am Anreisetag, als wir Probleme mit dem Mietwagen hatten, sofort ihre Hilfe angeboten hat, obwohl sie uns noch nicht einmal kannte.
