This is a modern studio apartment, brand new, built in 2016. It has two balconies, free wi-fi, beautiful kitchen and big expendable sofa (when expanded it is 200*160 cm). Apartment is only 350 meters from the beach and 8 km from Split downtown area. Split downtown area could easily be reached by bus - it is a short bus ride - only 20 minutes. Supermarket is only 50 meters away from this property. We also have parking area for your car - it is free of charge.

Hello, my name is Filip. I was born in Split and I live in Podstrana since 1981. I have finished Faculty for tourism and foreign trade in Dubrovnik and I currently work as a tour guide. I like to travel, after Croatia south of France is my favorite destination. My favorite food is a local dish called pasticada and my favorite drink is actually red wine (Bibic R6). I like to read history books and to listen to the rock music (Red Hot Chili Peppers).
