This unique studio is one of three units located right on the water in Bodega Bay. It's perfect spot for a romantic weekend for two. You'll enjoy INCREDIBLE sweeping and panoramic views as the house is surrounded on three sides by water! Watch the boats pass by, hundreds of birds and occasionally seals and otters pop their heads up to say hello...
You will enjoy a comfy King Size bed, modern kitchen, full bathroom with shower, and private balcony OVER THE WATER! You can cozy up by the wood stove or take advantage of the smart TV and Starlink internet & WIFI. Well behaved pets welcome with approval.
The Bays Edge is the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate, or to use as a base for exploring the Sonoma Coast. Wine tours, whale watching, world class golf, kayaking, fishing, clamming, hiking, biking, deep sea fishing, olive oil and cheese tours, kite surfing and gorgeous beaches.
Bodega Bay is located just an hour and 15 minutes from San Francisco, and less than an hour from Napa and Sonoma. The Russian River is just 15 minutes away, so there is truly something for everyone.
Originally the historic Bodega Bay Creamery house, now a vacation rental triplex. We have 3 units, all with private balconies and shared beach / water access. Our home is a QUIET, peaceful home directly on the shore of Bodega Bay. The only sounds, noise we want our guests to remember are those of bodega tides rolling in and out, birds, seals, otters and the fog horn and ocean waves crashing in the distance. Please be respectful to our neighbors and other guests. This is NOT a place to come and have a loud party.

The property features three private rental units; both have private entrances and decks for your enjoyment. I've lived in Sonoma County for over 30 years and enjoy the fishing and relaxation that this property offers.
Why they chose this property
The Sonoma Coast is one of the most beautiful and dramatic places in all of Northern California. It's somewhere that I wanted to spend time, so a vacation rental made a lot of sense. I truly enjoy sharing my home with people from all over the world, who appreciate life on the water as much as I do.
What makes this property unique
Staying on the water is a vacation in and of itself. The immersion of life according to nature....watching the tides come in and out, enjoying a sunset from your private deck, watching the pelicans fish for their dinner and the river otters playing....there's just nothing like it. Many people don't realize the diversity of wildlife up here. Bodega Bay is also an active fishing village. You can go out deep sea fishing on a fishing charter, or I can tell you where to buy the freshest fish, or enjoy the best local clam chowder. There's something for everyone here in Bodega Bay!
