This is a wonderful newly refurbished villa in the lovely community of Rolling Hills, within 10 minutes drive of Disney. This home is a Disney lovers' dream, beautifully decorated in various Disney themes, it is a great place to spend your vacation. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, 55 inch HDTV in a great movie themed living area, new stainless steel appliances, laundry room with washer and dryer and beautiful decor throughout. The sunny pool deck has lots of sun loungers and a lovely lanai where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast before you hit the parks. The well equipped games room is a great place to spend a rainy afternoon. Rolling Hills is one of the closest communities to Disney, it is minutes from Mystic Dunes golf club, shops and restaurants.

The house was comfortable and relaxing. There was a pool the kids really enjoyed. There were so much to explore in the area. It was in the center of everything (amusement parks, stores, and much more). The neighborhood appeared quite and safe. We would rent the home again in the future.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as pictured and accommodated mine and my sister’s families just perfect (2 families of 4 with kids ranging from age 1-15). It took us around 15 minutes to get to each Disney park. There’s a Walmart less than 5 minutes away. We didn’t really utilize the pool area except on our check-in day, but we loved that the back door had an alarm on it. Would definitely stay again and recommend to any family not wanting to spend all of the extra staying in a Disney resort!

Family Fun in FL

This was our second stay at Disney Memories and it was just as "magical" the second time around! Having all the amenities of being "home" after long days at the park and a place to swim and cook dinner for my family was amazing. The quick access to Disney parks, groceries, and restaurants was an additional perk of this location. We love this home and will be back!

Great property. Very clean, well kept, great instructions and communication. Everything you need is there, complete turn key property. Just had to go grocery shopping and we had everything else we need. ANother nite is it is nice having two masters as well. Would absolutely rent her again.

My family of 4 had a fantastic and relaxing time in this villa. It was so beautifully bedazzled with Disney memorabilia! The furnishings and layout were wonderful. We had a great time in the pool day and night. It was close enough to the things we went down for too. The corner spot on the couch was so comfy too! Really great vacation home. Would highly recommend!

Florida getaway

Me and my grandchildren had a great time. The pool was wonderful on hot days. The house is beautiful it is described to the tea you will definitely make some memories in this house. The decor is everything that Florida represents. I will definitely look for this listing again when I come in to town.

What a lovely and comfortable place to stay!

First let’s talk about the beds. So soft and comfortable! The location was great - 20 minutes to Disney Springs and everything else you need on W Irlo/192. My kids and I did a self tour of many of the places in the movie “the Florida project”. Everything was very close.Only negatives were - some of the dining/ nook furniture was broken and we had a lot or detailed instructions on check out that had my mom and I panicking a little. My mother did notice dishes and pots/pans were somewhat dirty. I always wash before use anyway no big deal really.make sure to bring wash clothes and body wash/shampoo and conditioner. I truly loved the home and hope if you stay there you will too.

Disney Memories, Made Family Memories

This beautiful Disney decorated home helped us make forever lasting family memories. The house is exactly as described, in a quiet beautiful neighborhood, which is just 10 minutes from Disney and minutes from stores and restaurants. The house has everything you will need, from a well equipped kitchen, laundry room, three full bathrooms, to the perfect size pool, which will keep your family entertained on those lazy non-park days. The communication and quick response from the owner was absolutely outstanding, from the beginning when I booked the house and during our stay. The property management company was also quick and efficient when I reached out to them as well. This was the perfect sized house for the seven of us, it gave us enough room for both sets of adults and gave the kids and parents their own private space, allowing the grandparents their own room. I would highly recommend you book your future vacation at Disney Memories, I know I will again once the kids get a bit older.

Owner is very difficult when there’s issues

From day 1 the thermostat wasn’t working properly. The welcome email from Jason, the owner said we could set it to whatever we wanted…which was not the case as it was preset to not go below 71. It took repeated emails to him explaining that the house was 75 degrees and up, to which he tried to gaslight me by telling me anything between 72-74 was the best you can get in Florida and that supposedly he just had it serviced. He also told me to use the fans in the closets which of course won’t do anything I’d the HVAC isn’t working. Only after I told him I contacted VRBO who advised he needed to deal with the issue within 24hrs he finally called a maintenance guy who came 12ish hours later to fix it…by then it was 82 degrees in the house. Don’t stay here.

Amazing house, can’t wait for my next stay!

Let’s start off by saying, WOW! This house is located not even 10 minutes from the Disney parks. Less than 5 mins away from a Walmart and the main strip where there are many restaurants and gift shops. I was apprehensive when I booked my stay only because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past through air b&b. This house is exactly as described. My family and I enjoyed every inch of the house, especially since it is disney themed and we are HUGE Disney fans. When we walked in it smelled and looked super clean which was a huge plus to us since I did have my 4 year old with us. The home comes with many kitchen appliances and extra sheets, blankets, pillows and plenty of towels. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and cups not only for inside but also plastic for if you want to eat outside by the pool. Only thing you do have to purchase yourself is dish soap, sponge or dishwasher liquid and toilet paper since only 2 rolls are left in each bathroom. No biggy! We stayed a full week. The pool area is comfy and there are plenty of chairs. I had one minor issue with the iron and coffee maker but on my first day after arriving from Hollywood studios we were welcomed with a new iron and coffee maker in the box. The owner of this home communicated with me almost everyday and even suggested local places to try. I will definitely stay in this house again when we do come back to the parks. Home and service was amazing I highly recommend it!

Highly recommend!

We're a family of four, with two teenagers. This house was perfect and appeared as it looked online. While infrequent, every time I reached out to the property manager via the vrbo app I received a quick and pleasant reply. Location was great. We visited Disney World, and were no more than 15 minutes from any park in any morning traffic. We would certainly stay here again.
