This three bedroom townhouse has everything you need. master bedroom has king bed and private bath. second bedroom features a full size bed and private bath. Third bedroom has two single beds. There is also a private south facing pool. House is fully equipped. Free laundry, off street parking, and a five star gated community! We also have high chair and portable crib to help families who travel with small children.

Disney for the summer

We stayed here for almost 3 weeks and it was perfect for us! The home had everything we needed to stay comfortably and we had a great vacation. We loved the pool, the distance to the parks, and how clean the house was. It was a great stay!

Winter getaway

Great location

Spent a wonderful 3 weeks here. Property was spacious and clean. Master bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Community pool was lovely. Resort was very quiet. Close to Disney. Would love to stay again.

Private splash pool an added bonus!

We stayed for 10 days in July to visit Disney and Universal Studios and this townhouse is in a great location. Quiet, gated community makes you feel safe and the private splash pool was the perfect way to end each day after a long, hot day at the theme parks. Our 10 year old daughter couldn't wait to get in after dinner every night. The owners were easy to deal with and responded to inquiries quickly - would stay here again!

Perfect for our quick visit to SeaWorld!!!

First off, the owners are both super nice!! Their townhouse was the perfect place for our two day trip to Orlando. We were about 25 minutes from SeaWorld, about 25 minutes from Disney Springs, and about 25 minutes to Sleuths Mystery Dinner Show. The neighborhood was very secure with a 24/7 gate guard, and very easy to find. The townhouse was very clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. If you need a nice comfortable place to stay while visiting Orlando, this is your place.

I really liked the up grade from the pictures on here and my grands loved the pool ,but the pool titles need to be re did they are coming up and that can be dangerous but I would definitely stay again

The property was as described in the pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful. The property was clean & neat. We really enjoyed our stay at this property, in a very nice gated community. We really loved that a Christmas Tree was set up in the living room, a nice touch for this season. Just a minor inconvenience, is that somehow the airco would not cool one of the upstairs bedroom (queen bed), the rest of the rooms were fine. Overall would definitely stay here again and recommended.

This would have been a perfect stay had the previous guest not smoked the place out and I MEAN SMOKED it out... no fault of the owners however. Beautiful Property to bad people aren't respectful of other peoples property :(

Overall it was impressive. It needs some updating. The grounds are lacking some curb appeal. The pool area was clean. The store had plenty of supplies. They charge $10 fee for one hour of use of the computer. That's ridiculous. We went to a different resort and used their computer for free.

Simply Amazing Home!!

My husband, my sister and I, stayed from March 9 to March 29, 2019. This home was beyond our greatest expectations of a home-away from-home. Every detail was looked after prior to our arrival, and upon walking in the front door, we immediately felt welcome. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The heated pool was divine and we used it several times every day, for three weeks. Location, location, location. Perfect!! My husband even got in lots of golf days. Denise, our owner, was exceptionally friendly and very helpful for any questions. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

Lovely condo!

My family stayed at this condo for 1 week. We loved the condo. Everything was clean. The pool is small, but was perfect for us. We also used the community pool and theater room at the community center. Good drinks at the tiki bar! The area was very quiet. I can't think of a time that we heard outside noise while inside the condo. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels that are provided for our use. My only suggestion would be to provide a small bottle of dishwashing detergent and a couple of tide pods to get a family started. I would definitely stay in this condo again!

Great size & location

We have stayed in this community before we and decided to go with a bigger townhome/condo and we couldn't be happier. We took advantage of the private pool and the toys that came with the condo as we visited the beach. The 2 story was perfect for our family being there since we have younger kids that needed naps, that was great for quite times. Overflow parking was 20 yards away and made us feel secure. We visited Universal and Disney and great driving distance for both! Denise was easy to work with when we had a small change of plans and answered all questions right away. Would recommend this to any families or couples needing a get away. Great gated community! Happy with out choice and will go back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location if you want to visit Disney. Unfortunatelly my husband had to do his international conference calls on his cellphone, instead of over the internet as he usually does. The connection was so bad he wasn't able to maintain a simple internet voice call. We called the property manager the day after our arrival about the problem and emailed the owner. The day of our departure, the internet issue was not fixes yet. This has nothing to do with the townhouse that was very well maintain.

Okay stay for the price

Price was pretty good for this stay so we weren’t expecting much. We did run into a few issues during our stay with cleanliness and amenities - when we arrived we noticed the house was VERY dusty, the downstairs queen bed was really firm, there was a water leak in the fridge, and 2 of the TVs did not work for us despite following the instructions in the guide book. There also was some differing information when it came to the check out process and laundry. The guide book stated one thing but the notes of the fridge stated something different. Overall was okay for the price.
