Located in the prestigious Windsor Palms ,the finest gated community in the area. The Villa is tastefully appointed and decorated to make your vacation easy, clean and comfortable. The Windsor Palms Resort has the highest repeat renting rate with a reason: it is the best location to the Disney parks, shops, restaurants and the airport. The club house is very well equipped, designed to be user friendly, newly renovated and very well managed. The pool (both Olympic-size and kiddie-sized) and the fully stocked Tiki-Bar is the island vacation vibe you been yearning for!
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 full-baths with upgraded Blue stream fiber optics internet, to help you stay in touch with family & friends. The luxurious open living room leads to a private pool. Our pool (Heat optional) has privacy walls along the side for the utmost privacy during your stay. The pool deck features a patio table and chairs, to enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful Florida weather. Safety of our youngest guests is our top priority; the doors leading onto the pool deck have been equipped with safety locks and there is a fence around the pool.
Bedrooms are theme-decorated for the Disney enthusiast in your family! Choose your favorite characters! The well-fitted kitchen makes your stay effortless on those days you don't visit of the many area fine restaurants. The villa has two Master bedrooms with on-suite full baths and two themed bed rooms that share an adjacent full bathroom. The kitchen dining room area is open and spacious, anywhere in this area the pool can be observed through 6 panels of sliding glass doors facing the pool. Each bedroom has its own TV.
There are palm trees lining the roads and intermingled in the beautifully landscaped resort. The clubhouse pool area (located just 150 yards from the villa) has every amenity including Olympic size pool, 50 seat cinema , extensive game room, tennis , basketball, full workout room, sundry shop AND a Tiki-Bar! This is a great place to vacation.
Within a few miles are many fine restaurants, all kinds of shops, miniature golf , and of course Disney . Nearly adjacent to Windsor Palms is Mystic Dunes - a 5 star golf course. And, near Arnold Palmer's world-famous golf course, 'The Legend,' at Orange Lake.

Within a few miles are many options to make your stay a super vacation, or stay at the villa all-day and enjoy every amenity within steps! We look forward to being part of your next great vacation!

Great stay!

We had a great time! House looked better than in pictures, was centrally located, and had all the things we needed. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The house was extremely clean as well. We have already booked our next stay at this property.

Wyndham Palms

The house was clean and in the perfect location within just a short walk to the playground and community pool. Host was responsive to questions and helpful. This house felt more homey than our relative’s rental down the street.

Retired snowbird!!

The property needs a deep clean, new linens and furniture. Owner did replace a bed which was broken. Appliances were in working condition. Pool is awesome! Did not use the games in the garage.

We are two families that got together and bought this beautiful villa more than 6 years ago. My wife and friends are avid marathon runners and love the runs at Disney. They have done the goofy which is 15 mi first race than 26 miles the next day
Between us we have 10 children who thoroughly enjoyed our vacations over the years. There is so much to do in the area between Disney, Universal, Sea World, Gator World, New Ropes course, 5-star golf course, Water Parks, and endless restaurants, . No one wants to go home at the end of our vacation, and it seems many things we wanted to see or do could not fit our stay and will have to wait till next time.

Why they chose this property

Windsor Palms the gated community that our villa is located is perfect for a Disney vacation. It's a quiet, safe, and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Night time swims in the pool are a treat. There is a lot to do at the clubhouse, which is just 100 yards away, when we are not at the parks.The Windsor Palms Resort has the highest repeat renting rate with a reason: it is the best location to the Disney parks, shops, restaurants and the airport. Also the club house is very well equipped, designed to be user friendly, newly renovated and very well managed. They just added the Tiki Bar & Grill at the main community pool!
