POOL HEAT:
- The pool is heated at no additional charge to our guests
- Pool heater temperature is set to max. 86 degrees and operates between 8 am – 8 pm
- Pool heater will NOT operate when the day and night outside air temperature is below 60 degrees
- The pool temperature WILL VARY depending on the outside air temperature
- The pool will be the warmest between 12 pm – 5 pm during the winter months
- As an alternative, the Jr. Olympic size pool at the clubhouse may be warmer on cool days/nights because that pool is heated by four heat pump and gas heaters, plus a hot tub/spa

Our stay was wonderful! Billy and Bonnie Ruffin were the best hosts. Home was very nice. Clean and beautifully decorated. We had an adult trip but the home is kid friendly. I would definitely recommend for couples trip or family with kids. Nice screened in pool and close to all Disney parks and other activities. We will be back!!!

We stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful home with our 3 young kids (2,7,9). They had a blast in the arcade and the pool - which was heated nice and warm even in the cooler temperatures. The house had everything we needed (and more!), was well laid out and spacious and had the cutest Disney themed decor throughout! The clubhouse access was nice too - we used the workout facility and playground. The location of this home was great - near to Disney parks (15-25 mins depending on traffic) and Universal too (30-45 mins). Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for families!

Family Disney trip

We had a great time at this property with three kids under 11. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Great location close to the parks. Plenty of things to do for rest and non-park days or at night to wind down from a busy day. Would definitely stay here again if we make another trip to the Orlando area.

Great family house

We needed a place to spend the holiday where we knew the child would have stuff to do, and the arcade and pool offered entertainment for everyone for the entirety of our stay. We absolutely loved our stay at this home! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and even better than the photos. The home looked just like the photos — it was exactly what we hoped for. The pool was a huge hit — sparkling clean and perfect for relaxing after long days out. The Disney-themed rooms were magical and so thoughtfully decorated; our kids were beyond thrilled to “sleep at Disney” every night!The home arcade was another highlight — fun for both kids and adults, and a great way to unwind together.A special shout-out to Billy, the owner — he was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Amazing Stay!

We just stayed with our four boys and parents at this property. Everything went so smooth. We truly could not be happier with this property and the communication of the owners. It was the perfect distance from parks and any food or grocery stores. The community/resort pool was also an added bonus! Our boys loved playing at the basketball court and park near the pool. We also frequently visited the snack bar and inside store for quick snacks and drinks. We are very thankful to have found this spot!

Amazing, beauitful home

A gorgeous property equipped with everything you need from games, infant/toddler necessities, cookware, swim needs (life jackets, rafts, toys)and they even give you a welcome package for basic needs, so you don't have to run to the store the minute you arrive. Would highly recommend. Owners are very nice and have great communication during stay

Perfect place!

Such an awesome set up for families! The arcade is awesome, the pool was wonderful! It’s only a 2 min walk to the clubhouse where the kids swam in the big pool and watched a movie in the theater. Getting to restaurants was easy and was very simple getting to the theme parks, which were only 15 mins away. It was really a prefect stay! It was very clean and well stocked. The owner is very kind and responsive. Absolutely would stay here again without question.

Really nice property, pool was awesome, plenty of room for a family and so much do to and play. Close to shopping and other attractions. The king size bed mattress was firm but I slept like a baby. The kids loved the arcade room! The kitchen is fully stocked. Grocery stores close by. The club house has a little mart in case you need any household items.

This property and community is beautiful. The house is perfect for family’s and kids. The hosts have gone all out to make this house part of the Disney experience. It’s clean and well maintained. Disney Vacation

Beautiful house in a great community only a short drive to all the Disney parks! House was well maintained and we were provided with all the amenities needed for our week long stay! The welcome care package was a great touch to provide us with some necessities. My daughters loved the themed rooms, and all the toys and dresses that were there for their use. The game room and pool were great! Lastly, the owners were great and provided us with info before, during, and after the trip! A great place to stay! I would highly recommended this property!

Best Orlando rental

We have stayed at a number of rental properties in Orlando over the past few years while visiting with our three young children. This home was by far the best that we have ever experienced. The check in process was streamlined, the host communicated very rapidly either by email or text, and the themes/activities available was top notch! Very convenient location to all theme parks and a secure gated community. We intend to only stay here in the future if it's available. Thank you Billy for your hospitality!

Disney dream home for kids

Kids LOVED this home and cried when we had to leave. Between the dress up clothes, themed bedrooms, pool, and arcade- kids were in heaven and were so diverted that the adults could relax. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Great place. Only slight negative was traffic coming to and fro from Disney. We felt the location was verging on “too far” compared to other properties we’ve stayed at in the area, but the ability to drive right up to your door made up for it( carrying sleeping children from car to bedroom was like 10 steps). Really lovely property- safe, clean, and memorable amenities- would stay again and would definitely recommend for families!
