Familienferien auf Elba

Durch die vielen Zimmer und Bäder hatten alle 4 Paare ihre Privatsphäre. Und dennoch konnten wir gut zusammen essen, plaudern und spielen. Auch der Weg ans Meer ist angenehm kurz. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Wir können dieses Anwesen nur wärmstens empfehlen! Traumhafte Lage, Wahnsinns Aussicht mit viel italienischem Flair. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war immer prompt und zuvorkommend. Einziger Wermutstropfen …. Tiger-Mücken ohne Ende. Also unbedingt vorsorgen ;0)

Haus La Terrassa Elba

Wir haben vor allem die Gartenküche genossen mit der riesigen Terrasse. Hier war unser Treffpunkt. Wir haben uns alle wohl gefühlt. Nur die Dusche im Parterre hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus. Mit der Kommunikation hat es leider etwas gehapert. Anfragen welche ich beantwortete kamen oft nicht bei der Vermieterin an. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen

Wunderbarer Haus und tolle Umgebung

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 12 Leuten( 6 Pärchen) in dem Haus und es war genügend Platz für alle. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet,Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt . Das Highlight ist natürlich die Aussenküche , da man sich hier am meisten aufhält. Der Runde Tisch mit dem Drehteller in der Mitte ist ideal zum Essen mit so einer großen Gruppe. Der ganze Aussenbereich ist wunderschön angelegt so das man überall ein Plätzchen findet um sich auszuruhen , zu Sonnen oder Tischtennis zu spielen. Zum Strand geht es in 5 min über ein naturbelassenen Weg mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Wer gut essen möchte dem können wir dort nur wärmstens Ristorante Tonisa empfehlen . Bei Antonio gibt es alles von Pizza bis Fisch und das in hervorragender Qualität und super freundlichen Menschen.( unbedingt Reservieren,gut besucht) Umgebung : Bäcker ,Supermarkt ,Capoliveri und Porto Azzurro kann man alles mit dem Fahrrad ( falls vorhanden ) in 10 min erreichen. Wer wandern möchte hat in Porto Azzurro optimale Voraussetzungen , von der großen Pinie ( Pino di Monserrato ) gibt es viele verschiedene Wanderungen. Zu empfehelen ist das Gipfelkreuz ,wunderschöne Aussicht und relativ einfach zu begehen. Fazit: Tolles Haus ,tolle Gastgeberin und wundervolle Insel. @Nadia : Danke für alles wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Viele Grüße und allen die kommen viel Spaß

Wohlfühl-Oase

Ein sehr geräumiges Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Meer. Individuell und liebevoll gestaltete Zimmer, gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnräume verleihen einen besonderen Charme. Die grosszügige Terrasse mit der Aussenküche und dem grossen Tisch war unser soziales Zentrum. Es war alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich, unkompliziert und bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Posizione incantevole a Capo Perla

Abbiamo soggiornato in 12 persone (3 nuclei familiari) nel mese di agosto in questa bellissima casa, spaziosa con tanti spazi interni ed esterni, completa di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Punti di forza: cucina super professionale esterna e antistante lo spazio con tavolo tondo per 12 persone; doccetta esterna; servizi di piatti, tegami e padelle a go go; 4 delle 5 camere con bagno interno; camera grandissima al primo piano con vista mozzafiato; Arredamento funzionale e gradevole. Inoltre, la vista sulla baia è mozzafiato in qualsiasi ora del giorno a da tutti i terrazzi della casa... La colazione vista mare è impagabile. La spiaggia è raggiungibile attraverso un percorso breve con scalini di pietra e sentiero immerso nella macchia mediterranea... Molto suggestivo. Il fatto di non dover prendere la macchina per andare in spiaggia è stato un toccasana. Capoliveri è raggiungibile in 10 minuti con la macchina e il fatto di essere un po' fuori ci ha fatto godere la vacanza in tranquillità lontano da spiagge troppo caotiche. Ringrazio la proprietaria molto gentile, accogliente e prontissima a rispondere a qualsiasi necessità. Il nostro voto è assolutamente positivo. Bellissima vacanza a Capo Perla.

Casa con vista splendida e ottima posizione, con possibilità di raggiungere a piedi entrambe le spiagge di Straccoligno e di Naregno. Spazi interni ed esterni molto funzionali, con tutte le dotazioni possibili, e bellissima area living esterna, ottima per cene e serate con 10+ persone. Da portare il wi-fi nelle camere del piano superiore. Proprietà molto gentile, attenta e sempre disponibile. Da consigliare senza dubbio

Wunderschönes Traumhaus an ausserordentlich schöner Lage

Das Haus der Vermieter ist ausserordentlich liebevoll und geschmackvoll gebaut und dekoriert. Die Lage unschlagbar mit Blick aufs Meer und den Strand. Die Outdoor Küche und der tolle runde Tisch war perfekt für 2 Familien und 8 Personenen. Alle Schlafzimmer sind schön und mit eigenem Bad praktisch mit viel Privatsphäre. Die Klimaanlage ist hervorragend, bläst optimal in den Raum und riecht nicht, sie wird eindeutig gereinigt! Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100%, für zwei Familien oder 5 Paare, 10 Personen haben dort genügend Platz und Ruhe. Die Vermieter sind charmant, sympathisch, witzig und perfekte Gastgeber. Una casa ben fotografata

Una casa certamente molto spaziosa e con il pregio di avere una cucina all’aperto. Un po’ deluso dalla manutenzione, dall’estetica degli ambienti che talvolta appaiono migliori in foto rispetto alla realtà. Da segnalare un accesso al mare non idoneo a persone anziane anche se assolutamente autonomi. La quinta camera è inoltre ricavata mettendo due letti in una taverna.

Bella e variopinta villa in posizione fantastica

La villa si trova alla fine di una strada sterrata, in posizione sovrastante la bella spiaggia di capo Perla, ed ha una sua personalità data dalle diverse stanze distribuite su due piani. Un po’ sacrificate e poco luminose le due stanze a livello del cortile. Lo spazio aperto è generoso negli spazi, dotato di due docce, un’ampia cucina esterna, un tavolo da Ping pong, un fantastico tavolo rotante in marmo. Peccato per l’ultimo tratto della strada che rende difficile l’accesso alle auto. Nadia è stata molto cortese nell’accoglierci e darci le istruzioni del caso. Nel complesso valutazione del tutto positiva.

Toller Urlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern

Das Haus hat uns super gefallen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Besonders hervor zu heben ist der Bereich im Innenhof. Wir konnten alle an dem großen runden Tisch sitzen und gesellige Abende genießen. Alle Zimmer haben ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Entweder gleich im Zimmer integriert oder direkt neben an, was auch sehr komfortabel ist. Das Haus ist liebevoll gestaltet und hat ein besonderes Flair.

Idyllischer Ort an versteckter Stelle. Die Villa bietet viel Platz und hat überall kleine Nieschen zum verweilen Wir waren 2 Familien à 9 Personenen. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuss wirklich nur 2 Min. entfernt

Topp für Familienferien

Ein grosses Haus mit einem grossen Vorplatz für Spiele, Essen, Pingpong, angrenzend an die Aussenküche. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten z.B. kleine Balkone mit Tischen. Was vermisst wurde, war die Möglichkeit mit Kleinkindern im Kinderwagen Spaziergänge zu machen, da der Abstieg zum Meer nicht kinderwagentauglich war und die Zufahrtsstrasse sehr uneben. Aber man kann nicht alles haben. Das pittoreske Städtchen liegt in 10 Minuten Autodistanz.

Das Haus ist über einen ca. 200 Meter langen unbefestigten Weg zu erreichen, der ausgebessert werden müsste. Strand über einen ca. 200 Meter langen Pfad zu erreichen.

Perfektes Haus mit kleinen Kindern

Perfektes Haus für 4 Familien! Nur 2 Minuten zum Strand, von den Balkonen aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über das Meer. Besonderes gefallen hat uns der Außenbereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und einem tollen großen Tisch für alle mit Karussell in der Mitte. Parkmöglichkeit für alle Autos (wir hatten 4) Somit ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in schöner, ruhiger Umgebung! Vielen Dank!

Familienurlaub in "La Terrazza dell'Elba"

Wir haben wunderbare 10 Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und gleichzeitig zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Räume sind gross und hell. Der Aussenberreich mit verschiedenen Terassen bietet viel Erholungsmöglichkeiten. Sehr geschätzt haben wir die grosse Küche draussen und den runden Steintisch (siehe Bild). Alessandro, der uns alles erklärt hat, war sehr hilfsbereit und telefonisch immer gut erreichbar.
