The Villa, overlooking the crystal-clear sea of Elba Island, is just a short walk from Madonna delle Grazie beach and boasts a private descent and esplanade to the sea, reached by a hundred steps. Large windows make the rooms bright and provide breathtaking panoramic views of the summer sunset. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and a spacious and comfortable terrace, perfect for pleasant moments in the open air and ideal for admiring in absolute relaxation the extraordinary views that only the island of Elba can offer. The house is divided into the main villa and two independent annexes. The main villa consists of three double bedrooms, and all rooms have ensuite bathrooms; a fourth double bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette is located in the lower part of the house and is normally used for service personnel, also having private access from outside.
Two outhouses in the pool area complete the property. In the first there are 2 single beds and a bathroom while in the second there are three single beds and a bathroom. Both annexes are equipped with kitchenettes and can therefore remain independent.
The villa has been internally renovated, and air conditioning has been installed in the three main bedrooms.
