The house has a 1000 sq.m. of beautiful green garden with a big,HEATED deep swimming pool in it, sauna(extra charge),Jacuzzi and a BBQ place in the yard.The swimming pool is heated. The water in the Jacuzzi is up to 30 degree.There is a great playground for children with a slide, two swings (one for babies 6m-3 years, one for older children); large trampoline.
From every room and place in the house and the yard there is an amazing view of the sea.
The main house has a big kitchen with designer furniture in Italian style - all utilities provided;large living room with fireplace,3 king-size bedrooms (+sofa bed and +1 cot), 3 bathrooms and toilets one of which with a large whirlpool tub; there are a washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioning,free Wi-Fi.
In the property there is one more small house whit one bedroom and one bathroom. It situated near the pool.

There is an extremely beautiful sand beach in in Albena and Balchik(5km away,5 min. by car) or In Kranevi(10 min by car).In the summer resort of Albena you can take advantage of multiple spa procedures and sports for affordable prices- there are tennis, football, volleyball, basketball and etc. courts; swimming pools - both covered and open; children centers where you can leave your children with multiple foreign languages spoken; you can even sign up for any excursions throughout Bulgaria and to Turkey and Greece; you can sign up for Jeep Safari, delta-planes, water jets, boat cruises etc.
The Queen Palace and Botanic Garden in Balchik are 4.4km away.
Varna sity and airport are 20 km away;golf resort- 30min by car.

5-10 min.by car from the villa zone there are restaurants, bars and local shops you can use as your convenience.

We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon!

Everything about the villa was amazing. It felt like being at home but with added luxuries. The house was immaculate, in a perfect & quiet location. Theo was a perfect host, keeping on top of the mintanace and always available when we needed anything. We'd highly recommend Bulgaria, and this lovely villa.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. Die Vermieter sind super nett und alles lief außerordentlich unkompliziert. Die Einrichtung ist super, alles neuwertig und gepflegt. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen. Highlight ist der beheizbare Whirlpool. Alles 1A !

Beautiful house with fantastic view!❤️

We found a fantastic home with everything you need and Anna &Theo(the owners)are very nice hosts. You definitely need a car so you can reach shops and trips to the sea. Balchik is small but you can find everything what you need (shops,atm,restaurants) . The house is well equipped with everything what you need. Hope everyone will enjoy it as we all had a great time.
