DELIGHTFUL TYPICAL PROVENCAL COTTAGE WITH LARGE SHARED POOL 12KM ST TROPEZ

Maison Albert is a typical Provencal cottage set in a gated estate in the village of Cogolin and a short drive from chic St Tropez.
There are 2 bedrooms both of which have air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower over the bath, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a separate toilet downstairs. The lounge leads directly out through the patio doors to a secluded south facing garden with a built in barbeque and sun awning. Car parking is directly outside the front of the property. Here, you will find a covered yard where a separate drinks fridge is kept together with two bikes which can be used by guests, some small pool chairs, a couple of beach umbrellas and a selection of childrens beach toys.
The estate has a large private swimming pool accessed with a key, a small children’s paddling pool and 2 boules pitches for the exclusive use of residents.
All linen, including beach towels, wifi and the final clean is included in the price. If linen is not required a discount will be applied. No animals sorry.
The house is 10 minute walk from the centre of Cogolin where there are numerous restaurants, bars and both large supermarkets and small independent retailers. The surrounding countryside is dotted with numerous quality vineyards including the famous Chateau Minuty where visitors are encouraged to taste before buying! There are a range of beautiful, child friendly beaches within 10 minutes drive and go karting, childrens adventures in the trees, mini golf course and a golf driving range within 10 minute drive.
There is a lively twice weekly market (Wednesday and Saturday) in Cogolin and there are markets every day in the surrounding villages selling a range of local produce, clothes and artisan products. Please ask us for discount for stays over 10 days!

Es war sehr schön. Das Ferienhaus war sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist neu und auch sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist sauber und auch sehr schön. Die Umgebung war super, alles in der Nähe.

Herrlich ruhig

In der Wohnanlage hat man schön ruhig gewohnt. Die Kinder haben den schönen Gemeinschaftspool ausgiebig genutzt, genau wie den Boule-Platz direkt vor der Haustür. Das Ferienhaus war bestens mit allem ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!!!

Très belle semaine à Cogolin

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans le cottage de Julie. La communication a été fluide et sympathique tout au long de la semaine. Le cottage est situé dans une résidence au calme. Le cottage est très bien équipé et agencé. Il se trouve à 20 minutes de toute les plages. Nous recommandons vivement le cottage de Julie.

Vacanza rilassante

Casa accogliente (noi eravamo due adulti e un bambino) e in posizione comoda per muoversi con la macchina verso le spiagge di ramatuelle o di saint maxime. Cucina super accessoriata. Qualità del sonno ottima anche perché la sera si alzava sempre aria fresca. Comoda la piscina, il servizio biancheria fornita e l'attrezzatura per il mare. Complicato muoversi in bicicletta con un bambino. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tante attrazioni per famiglie (sempre con uso della macchina).

Lovely clean quiet little house in a nice neighbourhood

We loved staying at Julie's house. It was exactly as expected, with added extras, such as bikes, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and an excellent BBQ. Nice little neighbourhood, only 5 min drive from several supermarkets, Cogolin old town and Grimaud. I only wish we could keep it a secret, so no one else books it for when we want to stay again! Thank you.

We are a retired couple who enjoy walking, cycling, swimming and drinking rose wine in the sun - we bought this house 16 years ago and it fits the bill perfectly!

Why they chose this property

We first discovered this area about 30 years ago before children and fell in love with it. We felt that the region offered everything we were looking for in a holiday and it was perfect for all ages from babies to teenagers. We returned frequently and then "took the plunge" and bought our own place in the sun. This property was ideal as it's on a quiet, gated estate within easy walking distance of a busy, thriving village and that was it - sold!

What makes this property unique

Maison Albert is our home and as such you can expect lots of "home comforts" not usually found in a holiday rental property. It is cosy and comfortable with all you'll need for a perfect holiday.
The large pool is very rarely busy even in high season and it's not only great fun to play in but also large enough for a proper swim.
The rear garden is south facing and a real sun trap but there's a large awning to offer plenty of shade and the small balcony leading from the main bedroom is the ideal place for a morning coffee or a cool gin and tonic whilst watching the sun setting.
