The house is tucked away within a small residence to the west of Ste Maxime. It is very quiet with its own parking space for one car outside the property. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with truckle beds ie one single bed with a single bed that pulls out beneath it. These put together make good sleeping arrangements for children. Both bedrooms have ample cupboard space. There is a refurbished bathroom with shower. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room. There is also a separate downstairs loo with a washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. The kitchen, brand new for 2022 has a dishwasher, cooker, small fridge, and oven. It is extremely well equipped with everything you will need to cook. There is a dining table inside to sit 4 very comfortably. There is a brand new Smart TV where you can hook into Netflix etc by using your data from your phone. It has a very comfortable L shaped sofa. Outside on the beautiful terrace is a table around a banquette, adequate to sit up to 6 people. The terrace has ample room for 2 lounge chairs and a large bean bag. There is an outside shower [cold water!] to cool yourselves down! The terrace is gated for good security. The house is close to the communal swimming pool (20 metres away) which is beautifully kept. It is a large pool and perfect to do those lengths in the morning! Just outside the gated entrance to Bastide de Guerrevieille is a petanque area where you can have a go or watch others play the quintessential French game!

Beautiful location and lovely house. We swam every day -- both in the pool and at the beach. A gorgeous terrace, every bit as special as it looks in the photos.

Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen in Sainte-Maxime genossen. Haus und AuรŸengelรคnde wie in der Anzeige alles i.O. und individuell im Detail sehr schรถn und vollumfรคnglich eingerichtet. Wunderschรถne Lage mit kurzem Weg zum groรŸen Gemeinschafts-Pool. Zum Strand und in die Umgebung ist Auto notwendig. An-/Abreise mit Ian und Lisa keine Probleme, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wichtig, das elektronische Gรคstebuch aufmerksam ansehen, viele praktische Tipps und Hinweise rund um alle Themen des Objekt, Umgebung โ€ฆ Also uns hat es sehr gefallen auch unser Trips nach Nizza und Marseille.

Wonderful stay in great location

Lovely house equipped with everything you need and more ! A nice welcome and check out from Ian and good communication from the owner Lisa who we found to be friendly and helpful. The outside terrace has a wonderful view to be enjoyed from loungers or under the shade from the mulberry tree. Bedrooms are small but adequate as is the bathroom. My kids loved all the games and probably played a different one every day. Parking space will allow you to hone your three point turn skills. If you're hiring a car, probably best to take a smaller car. Beach is just at the bottom of hill, free parking at the tennis club. Short drive into Sainte Maxime or a 20 minute walk from the tennis club.

PKW ist unbedingt erforderlich, so haben wir einen kleinen Opel gemietet. Das ausparken war aufgrund der geringen Platzverhรคltnisse mรผhsam. Ansonsten in der Wohnung alles vorhanden bis auf TV und WLAN.

Belle location, terrasse fantastique avec vue !

Charmante location, ร  la dรฉcoration provenรงale, pour 4 personnes. Espace ร  vivre agrรฉable, les chambres sont petites mais nรฉanmoins trรจs bien. L'atout majeur du bien est sa grande terrasse avec une trรจs belle vue dรฉgagรฉe. La piscine commune est juste ร  cรดtรฉ donc trรจs pratique avec les enfants. Prรฉvoir de prendre la voiture pour aller ร  la plage et dans le centre ville de Sainte Maxime. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, dans laquelle nous avons passรฉ un agrรฉable sรฉjour.

Ons verblijf met een gezin van 4 was teleurstellend. Het huisje was heel vuil met families mieren binnen, de locatie moeilijk te bereiken met de auto terwijl er voor elke uitstap, ook naar zee, een auto nodig is. Kranen werken niet goed. TV stuk, buitendouche werkt niet. Een heel andere indruk dan de advertentie doet vermoeden.

Dear Ingrid I'm very sorry that you didn't enjoy the stay in my house. We make every effort to make sure the house is clean and ready for all our guests. Ants are a general problem in the summer with the heat and if food is left out and we have ant powder left in the house for our guests to use as we cannot be there every time the ants appear. You did not contact us during your stay at all and have seen fit to only send this rather poor review without talking to me first. The location was sent to you and explained very clearly when you booked and I sent quite detailed instructions as to how to find the house. Ian was also there to help direct you. I'm not quite sure what you mean about the TV which is working and was clearly stated on this site that there is a DVD player which works with the TV but that there is no satellite or terrestrial tv. According to all the guests who followed on from you everything appeared to be working. If you had any problems when you were there I did ask that you let either me or Ian know and we could have sorted anything that was not working. We go to great lengths to make sure all our guests are happy and perhaps if you had contacted me we could have helped make things better for you and your family. I do hope that you did manage to enjoy your holiday despite these issues. Best wishes Lisa

Lisa's house is lovely and very well decorated, totally consistent with the description. We spent great holidays in that house enjoying the terrace, the view and the surroundings : the beach is very closeby, the swimming pool is very clean and big enough to swim and to play with the kids. The residence atmosphere is very friendly and secure with nice people and polite families.

Lovely character property

We spent two weeks here and absolutely loved it. The terrace is really big and has plenty of shade throughout the day and space to sunbathe. The shared pool is really big, clean and easily accessible without it being too close with regards to noise. Our favourite beach was at the end of the long winding road and had lovely sand and clear waters. The children really enjoyed the stay and felt at home. I would recommend staying here.

Heerlijk romantisch huisje met veel privacy in geweldige omgeving: echt even โ€˜away from it allโ€™

Huisje ligt lekker rustig in een private omgeving met meer vakantiewoningen, die ook gebruik maken van het gedeelde zwembad. Het huisje zelf is compact (echt max 2 volwassen en 2 kinderen) en sfeervol ingericht. Prachtig uitzicht op zee en de bergen. Veel privacy en rust. Vriendelijke buren (ouder Frans echtpaar) die hun parkeerplaats twee weken wilden ruilen: een bredere auto kan namelijk niet goed naar bekenden, omdat het paadje - aan beide zijden begroeiing- te smal is om zonder krasjes beneden te komen. Genoeg servies, kookgerei, bestek etc voorhanden, een vaatwasser en wasmachine, twee koelkasten met vriesgedeelte, twee toiletten (โ€˜pipi-roomโ€™ beneden en een boven in de badkamer) en overal ventilators aan het plafond. De tuin is de beste plek van het huis: groot terras met aantal fijne zithoekjes. Eettafelhoek, twee ligbedden, een zitzak designer stoelen onder een schaduw biedende moerbei en een romantisch rond tafeltje voor een Frans ontbijt onder diezelfde moerbei. Kortom alle ingrediรซnten voor een heerlijk ontspannen poosje away from it all aan de Franse cote dโ€™azur met de Middellandse zee en het gezellige dorpje Sainte-Maxime op een steenworp afstand.
