Zum frischen Brotholen morgens lag das Gebiet Noiseux praktisch nah, das Hauslayout kombinierte Gemeinschaftsräume unten mit ruhigen Bereichen oben inklusive gemütlicher Tatami-Betten , diese waren überraschend komfortabel trotz ihrer ungewöhnlichen Art. Wege rund ums Haus sind übersichtlich und es gibt großzügige Parkplätze direkt nebenan.
