Welcome to Casita de Mar in the city center of Ibiza in a historic building near the walls of the fortified citadel. Our Casita is a modern open space loft, equipped with every comfort that can accommodate two people. The comfortable and modern kitchenette with a fridge, electric cooker, oven, dishes and cookware. The bathroom has a shower. It 'the air conditioning system to refresh Arable in summer and warm them during the cooler seasons. The washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the amenities of home.
The apartment is centrally located in a pedestrian street, in a few minutes you can reach restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, taxi, bus, car and motorcycle rental, boarding for Formentera.

There will be no hotel services of any kind.

This peaceful apartment is ideally located in the center of Ibiza and on its most fashionable street. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. . For transportation around the area, taxi's stop a 2-minute walk away, buses are reachable in 500 meters, and a port is 2 minutes away on foot.

Tutto ciò che si può desiderare!

Abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni in questa abitazione molto bella provvista di ogni minima cosa. C'era tutto di cui si ha bisogno per trascorrere una meravigliosa vacanza. Ed è in un punto molto strategico dove si è nelle vicinanze di tutto, negozietti di souvenier, ristoranti, bar, e persino anche il porto raggiungibile in 3 minuti a piedi. È sicuramente da considerare per un ritorno ad Ibiza. Ed una nota alla Sig.ra Alessandra Scala va lasciata perché è stata disponibile e gentile in tutto!

Perfecta estancia

En pleno centro de Ibiza la situacion es inmejorable. La casa para dos personas es perfecta, es pequeña pero a la vez con mucho espacio y muy acogedora. Accesible a todo ya que esta en dalt vila, teniendo el puerto a 2 minutos andando. Dispone de aire acondicionado y la cocina esta bien equipada, el unico contra que encuentro es que no hay red wifi, pero con el tiempo que pasas en el apartamento tampoco es tan relevante. Volveria a repetir sin duda, ademas, Alessandra siempre esta dispuesta a ayudarte en todo, muy atenta y una mujer majisima!!

Ideal vacation apartment

Shipshape, very tastefully decorated and cosy apartment equipped with all mod cons in a lovely historic building in Ibiza old town. Excellent location, just beside the fortress walls. I will certainly be back next year. Highly recommended, as it really ticks all the right boxes. Sylvia, USA

Estuvimos alojados nueve días en el mes de junio, la situación del apartamento es inmejorable (zona antigua al pie de la Muralla), moderno con todo lo necesario y una limpieza excelente.
