PROPERTY RULES

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.

• No pets allowed on the property

• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

• Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (children included)

• It is not allowed to leave garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

• In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without entitlement to a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.

• Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.



SECURITY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.



CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

The guest must inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time.

If you arrive before 5:00 pm, you can leave your luggage in our office.

You must inform us at least one day in advance if you will be leaving before 11:00 am.

After 11:00 am until 7:00 pm, you can leave your luggage in our office.
