This villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood in Campanet. Classic style, the house is fully equipped and is very bright and spacious. It also has a pool, garden and several terraces ideal for spending time outdoors and contemplate the spectacular mountain views. Without a doubt, it is the perfect house for those who are looking for a quiet holiday and discover the true essence of Mallorca.
The accommodation is located on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Campanet, a small town at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, a world heritage site. Strolling along the nearby hiking trails or visiting the famous natural caves are a must. In addition, every Tuesday and Saturday the weekly market is held in the center, a perfect occasion to buy fresh fruit and vegetables or handicrafts. The nearest city is Inca, 5 minutes by car, where you will find many services. On the other hand, the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach is less than 20 minutes by car from the property.
Air conditioning:
As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in some bedrooms. In the other rooms you will find fans at your disposal. In addition, it has central heating (diesel) with a radiator system throughout the accommodation.
