In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. Perfect vacation!

Villa is very lovely and clean. You have everything you need for the perfect stay. The garden is beautiful, the views are absolutely great, and the surroundings are very nice indeed. The pool is big enough. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Fantastic house in a quiet area

A beautiful villa a very short drive from Can Picafort. The garden is just stunning and a great place to relax as well.The pool and grounds are gorgeous and the bedrooms are spacious and extremely clean. There is a big supermarket on the way to Can Picafort to allow you to stock up for a relaxing stay at this location. Super recommend!

We had a lovely stay in the house, Nice and clean house that has what it takes, located in a quiet area and short drive to the beach and to restaurantsof Can Picafort. The house is very spacious with a lovely pool and a great bbq area- we had tasty bbq every evening. The garden is gorgeous and perfect to relax on the sunbeds.We would throughly recommend the house and would definitely use it again

Nice Villa with all you need!

Nice new clean House. Great communication. Sweet people that have the place. A welcome package. The property is a true reflection of its pictures, thoroughly modern. It has all the amenities you require for a week’s stay. The internet is quick there were 6 of us on it at times without any noticeable delay. Good tips for where to go on our vacation.

Lovely tranquil countryside villa

Communication with Joan was excellent from first booking the villa to leaving. The villa is very well equipped and was exceptionally clean and has a lovely garden. It is located down a country lane just a short drive from Can Picafort where you have the beach, shops and supermarkets. We loved the peace and tranquillity of the villa being in the countryside and spent a lot of time watching the many different species of birds, peacocks, and when darkness fell listening to the bells of the goats at the end of the villa’s field, star gazing or watching the planes overhead. The villa is all on one level which for us was perfect as one guest is blind. He quickly and easily found his way around as there were no obstacles or steps to conquer. The weather was fantastic during our stay so apart from sleeping inside we spent all the time using the outside facilities. Great BBQ area. There is only one sofa inside the lounge area so if there were 6 guests it could be a bit of a squeeze. There is ample seating and dining facilities outside. Would recommend using spray as there are mosquitos and ants but these are to be expected when in the countryside. They didn’t bother us too much. Wasps gather around the swimming pool but again they didn’t bother us and no one got stung as they just fly off when you enter the pool. Loved watching the dragon flies that also visit the pool, so pretty and graceful. During our stay we had a couple of small issues as the kettle blew the electrics but Joan arrived at the villa promptly with a new kettle and showed us how to reset the fuse. After the second week the water in the pool turned green but again a quick text to Joan and the pool guy arrived quickly to sort it out. The pump had stuck. Within walking distance of the villa there is a natural park with viewing platform over the lakes. Lots of birds visit so remember to take binoculars with you to enjoy this facility. Note that there is a sewerage works further down the lane from the villa so occasionally you do get bad sewer smells, usually at night so I’d recommend keeping the windows closed. There are also tankers delivering to the works that use the lane which outside the villa gate has big potholes. Would be good if the waterworks company could arrange to have these filled in.

Tolle Finca in super Lage, Ausstattung leider in die Jahre gekommen

Die Finca besticht durch eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Man hört lediglich die Anflüge nach PMI. Es fahren regelmäßig Tankfahrzeuge der chemischen Reinigung auf der Straße vor der Finca. Scheinbar haben die in der Nähe eine Basis. Wir hatten in der Hälfte der Zeit daher etwas unangenehmen Geruch, abhängig von der Windrichtung. Die Betreuung durch Holiday Properties war ausgezeichnet und zuvorkommend! Die Außenanlagen sind klasse: - toller Pool - schöne Sonnenplätze morgens und genügend Schatten-und Sonnenplätze tagsüber - gemütliche Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten - lediglich die Sonnenschirme waren beide defekt - keine Möglichkeit, die Fensterläden draußen zu fixieren, was beim kleinsten Windhauch bei manchen Läden zum Zuschlagen führt Innen ist einiges in die Jahre gekommen und zudem ist das Haus sehr feucht und muffig. Im Detail: - durchgelegene Matratzen, die dringend gewechselt werden müssen - Defekte Toiletten (eine Brille gebrochen, bei der anderen leckte Wasser aus dem Behälter) - schwergängige, quietschende Türen, die sich teilweise nur mit Kraft öffnen ließen - keine einzige Kanne für Tee oder Kaffee - Kaffeemaschine defekt - sehr viele Ameisen im gesamten Haus; nicht ungewöhnlich für Spanien und dennoch ließen sich einige offensichtliche Löcher sicher schließen - Wasserschlauch der Dusche undicht - Türschlösser schließen sehr hakelig, sodass wir eine Tür lieber nicht mehr aufgeschlossen haben Insgesamt eine schöne Immobilie, der eine Auffrischungskur gut täte

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche mit zwei kleinen Kindern verbracht. Die finca und die Küche war super ausgestattet, es gab Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, auch etwas Spielzeug war vorhanden. Die Lage zum Strand einkaufen ist super, ein Auto wird allerdings benötigt. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur lief problemlos, vor Ort wurden wir nett von Xisco empfangen. Was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war, ist das dir Straße die an der Finca vorbei führt von LKW befahren wird, die zum nahe gelegenen Klärwerk fahren. Das war etwas störend. Und je nachdem wie der Wind stand, roch es doch manchmal sehr unangenehm.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, toller Blick in die Landschaft und die Berge, Natur und Ruhe pur und dennoch in 5-10 Minuten am Strand…sehr zu empfehlen! Ggf. mehr Handtücher anbieten und mehr Sonnenschutz im Poolbereich ermöglichen, Sichtschutz für Aussendusche, Angebot der Reinigung der Villa während des Aufenthalts

Alles sehr gut!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut. Speziell die Betreuung durch die Agentur war perfekt als zum Beispiel das Internet ausfiel oder der Strom. Lediglich das eine Zimmer ist sehr klein. Ich würde die Unterkunft perfekt für 4 Personen, aber nicht für 6 Personen bewerten.

Traumhafte Finca

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht. Das Haus ist modern renoviert und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das absolute Highlight ist die ruhige Lage und der wundervolle Weitblick in die Natur. Zum schönen Strand Playa De Muro sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Auch der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus, perfekt für Familien.

Sommerurlaub 2019

Moderne kleine Finca mit toller Raumaufteilung und toller Lage in absoluter Ruhe. Dabei trotzdem nur max. 5min mit dem Auto von dem Trubel in Can Picafort entfernt, also Essen gehen, einkaufen unkompliziert. Die Nähe zu den Stränden ist damit auch gesichert. Perfekt für die Familie mit 2 Kindern, die sich über das leistungsstarke WLAN freuen werden. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen sind die zahlreichen Wespen, die aus dem Naturschutzgebiet kommend den Pool gerne zur Erfrischung nutzen. Auch wenn sie nicht aggressiv sind, so war die ungestörte Nutzung nur morgens und abends möglich. Uns hat es kaum gestört, da wir tagsüber eh unterwegs waren. Eine sehr vertrauensvolle Abwicklung mit pünktlichem Empfang, kurzer Einweisung und Willkommenspräsent rundeten das positive Bild ab (Thanks Joan !). Also, für alle die so ein Format in de Lage suchen eine klare Empfehlung. Wir würden unsere Koffer sofort wieder packen. DS

Sehr schön!!

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wirklich sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wenn man etwas Ablenkung möchte, Alcudia, Can Picafort oder Cala Ratjada sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen! Es war eines der schönsten Häuser das wir je gebucht haben!
