-Ambient Very quiet, although central. It is close to everything, old town, port wine cellars, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, subway station, train station, el English court, all within a 10 minute walk.
-by Metro or train, have quick access to the historic center of Porto, Ribeira, airport, or the excellent beaches of Vila Nova de Gaia.
-Tv Cable and wi-fi

-modern, Well decorated and very functional. The kitchenette, well equipped. The house has central vacuum, floor heating and electric shutters.
-The Living room has TV with curved screen, more than 200 channels and broadband internet.

We have a Chinese restaurant (less than 10 minutes walk (see last photo), where we are during working hours, but also we are always contactable by phone or mobile phone.

Für Rollstuhlfahrer bedingt geeignet…

Der Zugang zum Bad war sehr knapp bemessen. Das Bad ist für Rollstuhlfahrer eher ungeeignet. Aber das war’s an negativen Dingen. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wenige Minuten zur Metro. Gut zentral gelegen. Kontakt war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Vielen Dank!

Very modern, clean,and comfortable.

We loved our stay in this property. The location was very good, close to supermarkets, tourist sites, and public transportation. We would happily stay here again. A couple of suggestions would be to have a file with operation manuals in English for some of the appliances, especially the washing machine and a place for guests to leave comments or suggestions to the owner about little things like burnt out light bulbs,

Spacieux, propre et proche de tout

Une belle expérience dans cet appartement spacieux, propre, fonctionnel et calme. Lits très confortables. Propriétaire très disponible : accueil, nombreuses informations sur les commerces et restaurants. A 5-10 mn du métro Câmara de Gaia pour rejoindre Porto en 10 mn à peine. Proches commerces. Convenient and Spacious

The apartment is very modern and has nice amenities as well. It could use more kitchen support items such as wine glasses, drinking glasses, more coffee mugs, and a few other kitchen basics.

Si llega a tener aire acondicionado sería insuperable

El apartamento perfecto y las personas que nos atendieron estupendas, pero para el verano el apartamento necesita aire acondicionado ( aunque sea un equipo portátil), pues es muy soleado. Todo lo demás, simplemente, estupendo.
