Casa Buscina Beautiful Old Renovated Istrian Holiday Home
A most beautiful renovated old house, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and forests. It is situated in the vicinity of the town of Umag, on an elevation from which a beautiful view stretches to the sea. It is well-connected and accessible by road but, at the same time, completely isolated. On the ground floor, there is a nicely equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator), dining room and lounge with a fireplace. The garden is spacious, 2700 square meters, with two parking spaces. Within the house, there is also a swimming pool with a sunbathing area, summer kitchen with a barbecue and a large table. This is a perfect place for a good and relaxing holiday, but also for an active sports holiday. You can stay here, far away from urban congestion and stress, in the peace and quiet of nature.

We bought the house because we love this area, we are living here and trynig to show to our guest how beautiful is to live in Istria.
What makes this property unique
In our house you can feel the typical Istrian atmosphere. It is an hundred year old house but renovated with high standards. Also the location is fantastic because are located on a small hill on a quiet place but at the same time close to the town. There the nature is just out from the door.
