Floor to ceiling windows open directly onto the garden, filling the home with natural light and a seamless indoor– outdoor feel. Each room is air conditioned.
The villa is well equipped with a smart tv, pool towels, bath and hand towels ,washing machine and dishwasher. High chairs and cots are available on request.

My wife and I live in England and are both now retired and spend time at the villa where we can relax and enjoy the golf and tennis and excellent restaurants with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

The villa was built by my parents in 1971 and has been regularly updated over the years and we have just finished adding a fourth bedroom with ensuite, a new kitchen, upgraded bathrooms and enlarged sitting room and terrace.
I have therefore grown up with the delights of a large garden and pool in one of the quietest areas of the resort and have enjoyed watching my children and now my grandchildren learn to swim and for everyone to enjoy the fabulous beaches, sporting facilities and restaurants of Vale do Lobo and the surrounding area.

What makes this property unique

The villa is c25 minutes from Faro airport and although in a quiet area of the resort it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the beaches, restaurants and bars at the Praca and the supermarket at the entrance to Val e do Lobo. The golf club, with its 2 championship courses, is 5 minutes walk.

The real delight of the property is, it sits in its own garden with a large pool, which can be heated, giving the option of a peaceful holiday but with the options of more activity close by when required. It is also ideal outside of the summer months for those who enjoy the excellent weather and the golf which is available at Vale do Lobo and at a number of other courses nearby.
