Eagles lodge is a stunning modern villa situated in a beautiful location .
Situated above the village of Kalkan, the villa offers total luxury and privacy, but within easy access to all amenities.
Standing on a 1/3 of acre plot, and the size of a small hotel ,the villa offers indoor and out door space of the highest quality and can accommodate 12 people in equal comfort.
We also wanted to make sure there were no arguments over the bedrooms, so every one is of equal quality, and that there would be plenty of space for everyone, just in case people need a quiet moment over the holiday
Due to its size Eagles Lodge can sleep up to 16 people .........6 double/twin bedrooms and 4 extra guests can be accommodated on 2 sofa beds in the lounge if required.
The villa has a 19m infinity pool that has a heating system and a built in jacuzzi.
The villa also has industrial generator that ensures total electric supply in case of a power cut.
Our villa is designed over two floors and no rooms are attic or compromised.
All rooms have stunning views over Kalkan bay.
It is surrounded by park land full of olive trees and the elevated position and stunning sea views ensure total tranquillity & privacy. Eagles Lodge includes an 19m heated infinity pool (Extra weekly cost for pool heating) with Jacuzzi, BBQ, large sun terrace with 12 sun beds, shaded eating area, outside shower, and plenty of parking.
Inside there are travertine and marble tiles, combining with a luxury Cream kitchen, utility room, large dining (12 seats) & living room with sofas for 12 adults, Large TV with Satellite & WIFI.
Bedrooms all have stunning sea views, en-suites and large balconies.
There are 6 CCTV cameras, 4 safes & a comprehensive and easy to use alarm system. There are 6 hair driers, and full length mirrors in all the bedrooms.
We can arrange airport transfers if required and also provide local contacts for car hire, taxis and excursions.
Finally we can offer a unique days sailing on our private gulet "Lady Grace" Included in the price from June to September is a days sailing for six guests, to include transfer to Kekova, a days sailing, that includes tea and lunch served by our captain. It is possible to take up to 12 guests, but there is an extra cost of £40 per person to cover transfer and lunch cost. Our customers all say this is the highlight of their holiday, especially as you can take your own beer and wine!

Perfect house for a big group!

Eagles lodge is a perfect house for a large family group. We were 8 adults, 3 kids and a baby - each bedroom has its own en suite and amazing views of Kalkan bay… it meant that everyone had a good room… something that is not always easy to find in a big villa! The pool was wonderful, as was the terrace. The views are unreal… even better than we’d expected. Definitely recommend this lovely house for a big group.

Absolutely fantastic villa and beautiful 5* location

From start to finish we had the best time, everything was wonderfully organised and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is beautiful with the most stunning views of Kalkan. Our party ranged from 2-70 years old and everyone loved it. This is definitely somewhere we will be going back to thankyou so much to Sarah (villa owner) and the people who were always on hand to help if needed x

Fantastic villa for a multi-generational holiday

We were a party of 9 - grandparents in their mid 70s, children in their 40s and grand children 10-16. We had an absolutely amazing time! Sara was fantastic about communication upfront and helping us out with local recommendations. The villa was incredibly clean and spacious, and air con in all the rooms made a massive difference during a heatwave. Huge pool and loads of outside space meant we all had enough room to spread out, and no neighbours too close by so noise wasn't an issue. The day out of on the boat was a real highlight of the holiday. We mostly took taxis down into town (100 L) which was really quick and easy, although a few people did walk down the hill. Sensational views and a fantastic setting for a great holiday. Thank you!

Amazing villa for all the family

12 of us on this family holiday, and we loved our time at the villa. Bright, clean and spacious.Even with 12 of us we never felt on top of each other, there was plenty of room, even the bedrooms are very spacious, and the added balcony space for each room. The pool was loved by all, the infinity pool gave a great view over Kalkan. We enjoyed meals in the great restaurants of Kalkan, but also enjoyed time at the villa with meals at home, including the bbq. Caretaker was helpful, the villa owner was very responsive and answered all our questions. We were also lucky to have the amazing boat trip to Kekova. Everyone on this holiday was so happy, we can't fault this villa, it's location & Kalkan in any way. Highly recommended by our family.

Amazing stay

The villa is amazing. It’s exactly like on the pictures. It is placed at the end of the street, easy to find, in a calm location. Although on the steep hill, the road is good and not challenging. It has sufficient space for parking several cars. The rooms are spacious; every room has its our bathroom and the balcony. We were six adults with 4 teens and everyone could find space for him/herself. The view is super, you have to see it. And the pool! Incredible. We were there at the beginning of April and the owner was so nice and heated it for us, for the reasonable fee, so all of us could enjoy it even though the weather was not a summer one. The city centre is in a walking distance; there is everything you need – bakery, shops, supermarkets, exchange offices, post office, coffee bars etc. The communication with the owner, with the service employees there, was smooth and nice. Without any doubts, I say it’s a perfect accommodation. Don’t wait and go there.

Our journey to Kalkan began unexpectedly in 2010, a destination that wasn't initially on our radar amidst our travels to Italy, Greece, and the South of France. However, upon a friend's recommendation, we found ourselves captivated by the charm of Kalkan during our first visit, and it didn't take long for us to realize its allure. Enchanted by the tranquility, gentle breezes, and serenity of the area, we swiftly purchased our first villa on Muz Sokak As avid seekers of peace and quiet, we were drawn to the idyllic location of our first villa, perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of town life yet conveniently close to supermarkets and amenities, just 500 meters away. However, as our love for Kalkan deepened, so did our desire for more space and privacy.

Driven by our vision to create a truly unique experience for our guests, we embarked on the journey to build Eagles Lodge. Nestled on the same serene street, this stunning villa stands as a testament to our commitment to offering unparalleled comfort and luxury. With vast spaces and complete privacy, Eagles Lodge overlooks the charming village below, just a leisurely 20-minute walk away or a quick 3-minute taxi ride for approximately £3.00, accommodating up to six people.

Since buying our first villa, we have been overwhelmed by guests and friends comments on their experience in Villa Falcons nest. . Our next step was to provide a unique villa that has space, privacy and stunning views, whilst near to the town. Our search fell disappointingly short, as current executive villas are either overlooked or squeezed onto three bedroom sized plots ......so we decided to build our own villa just 100 metres away, giving the same views, privacy and tranquility.
The villa gives every guest an amazing experience, and so many have commented that the photos do not do it justice!! The villa is one of largest if not the largest villa in Kalkan, but is so near to the resort. A 15 minute walk or a 2 minute taxi ride. It also has all the amenities you need 500 yards from the villa, including two supermarket, butchers and a general store. It is on a flat road with stunning views and the elevation provides privacy and a cool breeze in the summer months. The added features of a 19 metre infinity pool which can be heated, and an industrial generator that provides electricity if the mains fails due to capacity in the high season. Finally we believe the icing on the cake is the inclusion of a private days sailing in the world renowned Sunken city area of Kekova. The road trip takes about an hour, but the scenery is simply stunning. The drive takes you on the coast road to Kas, then across country to the world famous villages. The only traffic is the herds of goats and wild tortoise.The crystal clear waters with idilic bays, Lycian tombs, historical castles and sunken city remains. Add to this a fantastic lunch that many of our guests describe as "their best of their holiday, it is a memorable family day never to be forgotton
