This apartment has an airy, open floor plan design and is located just steps to Kamaole Beach Park 3. A super spot that makes this a popular Kihei vacation property. Kamaole Beach Park 3 has sun for those loving to sunbathe and shade trees for those wanting a cool place to lounge. There is shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The Haleakala Shores property has a swimming pool in a lush, tropical setting. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, one powerful window air conditioning unit and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bedroom is closed off with sliding shoji door panels. There is assigned covered parking for convenience and comfort. For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

Spacious, Great location
I really enjoyed the unit and location. It is large and there is a lot of natural light. Some might say it is dated with it's 70's themed decor but that is what I found so welcoming and comfortable. I had one small issue and the management company was so amazing and took care of it immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nine day stay in this unit. Condo was very clean, very spacious for two people (and space for road bikes) and the kitchen was well equipped. Like other reviews, I agree this unit could be modernized and updated as the furniture and bathrooms are looking dated. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well as did all the major appliances. Very minor issue on day two, but the property manager was in contact and remedied the problem by the end of the day - bringing confidence if something bigger ever came up. Location is fantastic, with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and groceries. Unit has beach chairs and umbrella for guest use. I would recommend adding an instruction sheet for the cable / TV / universal remote as it is not as intuitive as one would think. Pool and pool area were clean and furniture in the area was good.As cyclists, this location is great to launch for both short and long rides, (Paia / Ho'okipa, west Maui loop, Ioa valley, etc.).

Great vacation
The property is well kept. The condo we stayed in was dated and the bathrooms could use some major updating. The place was spacious enough and the kitchen had updated appliances and everything we need to prepare our meals. Overall very comfortable for our needs.

Heavenly Maui
Great location, friendly people, especially Molly the manager. . They need to have brochures of activities to do on the island along with maps. Salt and paper would be nice to have in the kitchen.
