About this property

Luxury apartment, UK TV and free WIFI. Near beach and restaurants, pool view

This beautifully located fully furnished apartment is only a 5 minute walk to a wide selection of bars and restaurants, that cater for all tastes & a ten minute walk to the ocean. The balcony has pool views. A welcome pack is available on request for basic food stuffs. If you have young children, a cot or high chair can be ordered for you on your arrival. The lady ( Sian) who manages the property for us in Paphos, is also a professional hairdresser, who if required will visit the apartment at your request. The 2 bedroom apartment, has an open plan kitchen & dining area. Both bedrooms & living area have air conditioning. There is a private car park, useful for those of you who wish to hire a car for all or part of your stay (l can supply details of a local company who will offer a significant discount of there normal rates, depending on the time of year). The apartment is situated on the first floor. a lift is available. We have extra ground floor lock up storage space, by the pool area if required, which is useful for storing beach gear and putting your suitcases away during your stay. You will have your own umbrellas & sun beds which are situated in the storage space. A safe is available for your valuables .Free WiFi, late departure by arrangement (please see details below), discount car hire or taxi service can be arranged. The management agency, who look after the apartment, are based in Paphos & are available 24/7, if you have any queries, problems or emergencies during your vacation. The owners take immense pride in giving you the best service available.

PLEASE NOTE (20/01/25)

I have been advised by the company that manage the apartment, that there is to be a change made for the time for vacating. This is due to the time pressures in getting the turn round completed on the cleaning, when guests depart & arrive on the same day.

It will only make a difference if l have NEW guests arriving the same day as you are leaving. Should that be the case, your departure time will have to be 10.00 am. If l have NO guests arriving on the same day as you are leaving, then the latest time for departure is 12 noon. Please check with me when booking your vacation or closer to your departure time. So l can update you on the situation.

DO note the apartment has a separate 'lock up' storage area on site. This is somewhere where you can store your cases, after leaving the apartment, prior to your transfer to the airport.

We stayed for 4 weeks. Apartment was adequate for our needs and good value for what we paid. Cleanliness could be improved particularly skirting boards and ornaments. Pots and pans also needed a good clean before use.WiFi and Sky to was excellent but we were a little bit disappointed that we could not plug our fire stick into the tv.The listing says luxury apartment, but this is very subjective and we didn’t think it was luxury.It was a very comfortable apartment though, particularly the sofas and the bed. The balcony was disappointing as it was in the shade which made drying clothes difficult. The pool was unusable and not cleaned at all during our stay, this may be because it was out of season though? Bob was a good and attentive host, and did everything he could to address any issues. We liked the location as everything we needed was within walking distance including the bus station.

The Appartment was very clean and had everything you need, a home from home. The owner was very quick to respond when I asked for the internet code. Very safe area, close to buses, beaches shops, restaurants.. also has a lift right outside door. Perfect! I would recommend.

We stayed 3 weeks at this lovely apartment. It is well equipped, clean & bright. There are ceiling fans & air con throughout. Good storage. A large secluded balcony over looking pool. Pool area was quiet ( most of the time to ourselves), clean & well maintained, with choice of loungers. Location was excellent. a short walk to tavernas and the bus station from where you can easily access beaches, old town and the harbour.

Close enough to the bars and restaurants but just far enough to not hear any noise.The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay and when we had a problem (just me not realising you had to turn the washing machine on at the wall to work!!!), the lady from the cleaning/maintenance agency was really helpful. Good that you have an allocated parking spot.We had the swimming pool to ourselves every time we used it.Would definitely return.

A wonderful apartment

My daughter stayed for a week in this very well equipped apartment. It is a great location, only a short walk to all the amenities but quiet and very peaceful. Our host was an excellent communicator and extremely helpful. I have stayed in several VRBO apartments and Bob is by far the most communicative and helpful.

Lovely clean well cared for apartment, the owners have thought of everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We had the lovely (warm pool) to ourselves every day. Communications with the owner Bob were answered promptly when we couldnt turn the washer on (thanks Bob) definitely recommend, short 20mins to Kings shopping mall, 3 mins walk to bars and shops. Fantastic holiday here, great location pool is super quiet we were practically the only using the pool daily . Great location

Property is very close to the new bus station for the airport transfer and to travel to other locations. The balcony is good for summer as it doesn’t get too much sun but for winter obviously the sun is always good to have. The pool for sunbathing is available. TV and sofa. Comfortable

We love the climate, people & culture. l had my own business, till l retired a few years ago. The business was called Another World, we had a number of stores in the midlands. We specialised in Pop culture, especially American Comics, Rock & Pop collectables, Science Fiction, Games, Posters, T-Shirts etc.
My wife is a nurse & midwife, who is now working to electronically connect patient records in the NHS.

Why they chose this property

We were lucky enough to find this property in Paphos, just after l retired. We Just love the area & get over to experience the lovely climate when ever we can. As the Cypriots drive on the correct side of the road, as we do in the U.K. Its a joy to hire a car, pack up a lunch box & get out on the road for a picnic, with the family

What makes this property unique

We could not be more central to where all the Restaurants, bars & shops are situated.
Aldi, Mcdonalds & KFC are close by for your consideration .The recently built 'Kings Avenue shopping mall' is a recent addition to enhance your shopping experience. This is where you will find your local 'M&S', branded clothing stores, multi-plex cinema & restaurants .
Yet the apartment is situated far enough away from all this activity to give you a peaceful quiet retreat, when you retire for the evening. We are a 5 minute walk to where the restaurants & sports bars are situated & where you can hop on & off the air conditioned buses that do the round trip of the harbor, Tomb of the Kings & Coral Bay, in a continuous loop every 15 minutes..
