everything was perfect. the accommodation feels safe and is a clean well managed complex of apartments, with a beautiful, communal swimming pool and avage serving wine and beers and good food. the apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped. we will definitely visit again.

L'appartamento è piccolo, ma c'è tutto quello che serve, gli elettrodomestici sono facili da usare, i materassi comodi. Per 3 persone va benissimo, per 4 un po' piccolo anche perché noi italiani siamo abituati a letti matrimoniali più ampi. L'appartamento si affaccia sopra al bar che apre al mattino e alle cinque del pomeriggio chiude per cui si cena in terrazzo in assoluta tranquillità. Mi pare che fosse aperto di sera solo sabato e domenica ma forse dipende dalla stagione. Il residence è tranquillissimo, ben curato e la piscina ha una bella vista. Occorre l'auto per muoversi. I proprietari hanno dato tutte le indicazioni in modo dettagliato. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man einen wirklich tollen Ausblick. Die Wohnanlage liegt ruhig und dank Pool und Bistro kann man sich wunderbar auch vor Ort entspannen.Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise verlief alles völlig problemlos. Très belle endroit!

Nous avons passe de très bonnes vacances en famille. Le logement avec effectivement une très belle vue sur la mer. La localisation aussi très intéressante, il faut avoir une voiture pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de la côte. L’hôte réactif pour répondre au éventuelles questions. Nous recommandons!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit tollem Meerblick

Wir waren mit fast allem sehr zufrieden. Das neu renovierte Appartement liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage mit Blick auf den Pool und die Snackbar. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt, insgesamt ist alles sehr sauber. In der Snackbar kann man Baguette fürs Frühstück kaufen, für alle anderen Einkäufe ist man halt aufgrund der Lage auf das Auto angewiesen. Man hat einen reservierten Parkplatz und die Anlage ist durch ein Tor gesichert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert, zeitnah und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Séjour agréable

La résidence et l'appartement sont conformes à l'annonce. L'endroit est sympathique et assez animé, idéal avec des ados. Une ambiance familiale règne avec les nombreux habitués autour du snack. La vue est magnifique. Il faut être motorisé pour profiter au maximum du coin ou bien se poser dans la résidence. Le propriétaire est disponible et réactif. Nous recommandons.

Logement impeccable

Appartement idéal pour une famille de 4 personne, très bien équipé et refait à neuf avec goût. La climatisation et la piscine sont des avantages fortement appréciés et aussi l’accès Gratuit à la buanderie. Indispensable pour un séjour de 2 semaines. Théoule est idéal pour de nombreuses visites ds le massif et accès rapide à l’autoroute. Jolie résidence, le seul petit bémol ayant vu sur la piscine et le petit snacking, c’est un peu bruyant en pleine saison mais pratique pour surveiller les enfants depuis le balcon. Nous recommandons la gentillesse des proprio et de la personne sur place.
