About this property
Resort living at The Plaza Condominium Association! 30 day minimum
No other place has as many amenities! Resort Living in a great location. Stay and play all day with all the amenities in the complex, walk around in a great neighborhood, or bike to the beach or bay.
- Close to all- walk to great shopping, international restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Trader Joes, Sprouts, fitness studios, yoga studios, frozen yogurt, and much more. Beach is 10 blocks away, bay is 8 blocks, with great boardwalks along the beach and bay that are perfect for walking, jogging, and riding bikes. There are a couple of bikes here that you can use!. Sea World is 3 miles away - bike there to save the parking fee! If you're heading to the beach, there is a cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a boogie board and snorkel equipment for you to have fun. There is a nearby golf course, and we have a set of golf clubs you can use.
1 bedroom condo, tastefully furnished, in a security building, with underground assigned parking. Enjoy morning coffee on the small patio while watching the hummingbirds have their breakfast from the feeder, or watch birds bathe in the bird bath.
Lots of amenities- 4 pools and spas, 5 tennis courts (there are tennis rackets and balls for your use), billiards, ping pong, exercise room (with sauna), lagoon. Use the community BBQ and have lunch poolside, or at the lagoon. There is a reading room with lots of books for exchange. W/D on site. Wifi, HDTV (Netflix and Roku), utilities included.
There is plenty of closet space, and the kitchen has everything you need, and more. This is our home, but we remove all personal items for your stay, and anything left in the condo is yours to enjoy.
Short drive to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter, Old Town, La Jolla Cove and more!. Bus stop is 2 blocks away.

I love the area - everything is within walking or easy biking distance (shopping, the gym, the beach, restaurants)
What makes this property unique
Because this is our home, it is fully equipped with everything you need -all the little things that you probably have in your home for daily use, but are not usually supplied in a rental. The kitchen has more stuff than you'll need - besides the usual, there is an air popcorn popper, a waffle iron, a kitchen scale, a blender, a nutribullet, an Instant Pot air fryer, and much more. There is even a drawer full of spices for your use. All of our personal belongings are removed, but anything we leave here is for your enjoyment!
