Both peaceful bedrooms can be made up with either double beds or separate twins (see 'Facilities' or our own website for details) and 2 bathrooms make the apartment ideal for 2, 3 or 4 guests.
Excellent modern heating and insulation make the apartment cosy all year round.

Great location, ease of access, well equipped. Could not get TV to work despite trying everything. WiFi single very slow but found this all over Bath, Second bedroom adequate, a little on small side.
We stayed 3 nights as a family of four. The accommodation was well located, and it was easy to stroll into Bath. It was modern, warm, quiet and well appointed. We highly recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Our stay at this property was lovely. Location was great - just a short walk out of the city centre. Our host left us a small supply of tea/coffee and food for one morning's breakfast, which was lovely and very kind - thank you very much!
Lovely flat and well appointed. Great location. Very helpful host. Only negative is it is a bit noisy with the road at the front (despite good glazing) but I suppose a lot of properties in Bath are the same.
Came on from the Lakes District to Bath. Directions from the host and the pre check in information was the best I have seen.
There is a car park dedicated to the apartment which is great and allows for max freedom.
Alison’s apartment was very comfortable for our 5 nights. The place was set up to make us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The food that Alison provides to begin the stay was just what we needed to make it through that first night. The beds were comfortable and the place was very quiet, despite being on a busy street. The entrance, and parking, is on the side away from the street. And parking is tough in Bath, so the private parking was crucial. It’s in a modern building, so everything fits just right. The place is about a 15 minute walk from center city, and there are a few pubs even closer for a bit or a pint. In center city there is a huge Waitrose for groceries, and a couple smaller places a bit closer. Alison’s communication is terrific. She really made us feel relaxed both during planning and the stay. We’ve stayed at VRBOs many times, and Alison is one of the best hosts we’ve encountered. We would stay there again, if we get back to Bath.
We were celebrating 2 'big' birthdays Bath being the ideal citye for this. The apartment we booked was more than ideal well situated, good size, clean, beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped including a coffee machine. Alison could not have been more helpful having thought of everything including home baked bread which was delicious. As we had 2 cars Alison had pre arranged parking at the nearby church which was convenient. Meeting her was a bonus a lovely and helpful lady. We would definitely want to stay again if revisiting Bath.
Great apartment within walking distance of the city centre
The apartment was very neat and clean and bigger than we expected. The welcome pack was nice touch. There was a little problem with the hot water, but the owner responded adequately and it was fixed within a day.
It it literally just one corner and a 5 minute walk straight on to the centre of Bath, with the historic baths and buildings. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from for your dinner.
Very well maintained home within easy walking distance of town. Ticked all the boxes and owners Alison and Peter were very helpful with any small issues. Plan to return in the future.

Superb!
I can't speak highly about Alison's help over the booking arrangements and the leadup to us actually arriving (there was a train strike on the day of travel!). All that we read about the accommodation and location was word for word. An exceptionally clean, well-maintained and extremely comfortable accommodation with a great location - quiet and a level 15 min walk from the town centre or £5 by taxi if you didn't travel in rush hour! Linen and towels of very high quality; all mod cons in pristine condition and fully functional. Lovely breakfast pack and so much of it that it last us three the two nights we stayed. Highly recommended and will not disappoint. Thank you Alison!

We have lived in Bath for nearly 20 years and feel very privileged to live in such a lovely city. We enjoy the environment, the lifestyle, the restaurants, the arts events, the open spaces and some of us enjoy the shopping too... We live about 10 minutes away from the apartment, on the edge of the city and are on hand for any information about our beautiful city. Why they chose this property
We love the location, less than 10 minutes level stroll past Georgian terraces to the heart of the city. Herschel Place was built in 2008 to continue the line of the original Georgian terrace, we think the combination of the Georgian exterior and the modern interior with all the advantages of modern building techniques (eg modern plumbing and no draughts through the sash windows!) is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
