About this property

A beautiful newly built villa at Megali Ammos area of Skiathos with a sea view. With the beach only 80 meters away, and the centre of Skiathos on 15 minutes away (on foot), it is not hard to understand why it's location is so unique. Our villa provides our guests with the opportunity to stay in a wonderful, clean and quiet environment, to walk to the beach any time they feel like it while it and it is very close to the town and all it's amenities. Supermarkets, post office, ATMs, bars, restaurants, open air cinema and shops of every kind for shopping all within walking distance.

I stared building the villa about 8-9 years ago. At first it was just one simple house but over the years I built it to what it is today.

What makes this property unique

Staying in my villa has many advantages. Not only it is has all the characteristics of a new and modern house, the location is unique. It is very close to Skiathos town and all the amenities there and at the same time you have Megali Ammos beach right at your feet (100 meters away). Also mini markets, liquer stores and car rentals can be found in very close proximity (a few minutes walk)
