Sea View, 10 Monte Carlo is elegantly furnished in colours that reflect the light that pours in the windows. Its finishings add a hint of Africa, allowing you to feel immediately at home in one of the continent’s most spectacular cities. The balcony has expansive views of the ocean and invites lazy moments in the heat of the day and unhurried, candlelit dinners tempered by sea breezes. Experience our favourite South African pastime – the quintessential ‘braii (BBQ) – with our gas WEBER BBQ on the balcony and sip sundowners enjoying the glorious South African Sunsets. The suburb has as its backdrop Table Mountain, Lions Head and the majestic Twelve Apostles. Its property is much sought after and its golden coast line boasts. Some of the most impressive beaches and views imaginable. The Atlantic Seaboard side of Cape Town is more sheltered from the wind than the False Bay coast and experiences longer hours of sunshine - our sunsets are some of the best in the world. The long stretch of sandy beach is a favourite with holidaymakers and Capetonians alike.

The flat has FULL DSTV and also Dual ( Multi ) room so our guests can watch a different Channel in the Master Bedroom .

The apartment has everything needed for a wonderful holiday
The master bedroom ( which has an extra long queen bed) has beautiful views of the Ocean . There are sliding glass doors leading out onto the balcony and the twin bedroom (Beds can be pushed together ) has views of Table Mountain. Fine bed linen and bath towels and beach towels . Colonial ceiling fans .The living,dining and kitchen area are open plan . The dining bar with black granite top has seating for 4.
The kitchen has everything you could possibly need -dishwasher, Fridge freezer, washing machine dryer, microwave , oven and hob and much more . The private garage is remote controlled . Electric fencing , security disc entry, security gate on apartment.

Very nice apartment with great views

We had a great time in Camps Bay and the surrounding area which is absolutely spectacular! The flat is clean and comfortable . It has a binder of local information on restaurants, shopping sightseeing and more. We loved walking to town in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for dinner. Shona and Roxanne were wonderful and quickly responded to any additional inquires and were very helpful in making our experience very enjoyable. We would highly recommend staying here.

The property is exactly as in photos. Wonderful neighborhood with a hiking trail leading down to the main stretxh of Camp’s Bay. You’ll feel like a local living in beautiful Cape Town. Shona is very communicative, helpful, and responsive; she aims for you to have the best holiday possible. Inconvenient to have to pick up keys from her local manager, but understandable as there wouldn’t be any other way to obtain them. This isn’t a complex full of rentals. It’s living like a local. We were very safe, comfortable, and happy staying here! Thank you!!

Great holidays

We can highly recommend the apartment! And of course also the entire course of the rental. Shona took care of everything. Inquiries were promptly answered and we also got plenty of information and tips for our stay. The apartment is in a perfect location. Everything that constitutes Cape Town can be reached quickly. The city, shops and the beach. Not to forget the wonderful views of Table Mountain and the sea. The residential area is quiet and safe. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished. We didnt miss anything. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony were very nice. And we slept well too. If we come back to Kapstadt again then like to come to Shonas apartment!

We did not have time to do everything we wanted to do in CT but the location of the flat allowed us to quickly drive to all the tourist sights like Table Mountain, Boulder Beach, Cape of Good Hope... Amazing Flat in Camps Bay!

Amazing flat located in the heart of Camps Bay. Beautiful views and walking distance to the beach and restaurants in town. Shona and Jamie were wonderful to work with - very accommodating and provided lots of additional information on things to do, restaurants, etc. The flat was very homey and had all of the essentials. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Camps Bay area!

Hard to fault this place. Camps Bay is a very upmarket area. Beach 10 mins walk or a v short drive. Friendly owner and easy check in. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Clean, spacious, great location

The apartment is so well equipped for a couple, family or group of friends with TVs in bedrooms and living room. The location is great but would recommend having a car to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt as though we were in a home from home.

Perfect flat and location in Camps Bay

We’ve had a wonderful holiday in this extremely well appointed apartment. Everything one could need has been supplied and the apartment is spotless and well maintained. It is ideally situated for access to both Cape Town and Camps Bay beach. It’s location also meant that we could watch the lovely sunsets while sitting on our balcony- something I’ll always remember. We would recommend this flat wholeheartedly.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED Sea View!!

Sea View, 10 Monte Carlo We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. Everything was just perfect and complimented the stunning views of the Ocean and Mountains. We will always remember the beautiful sunsets sitting on the balcony with our glass of wonderful South African Wine after a Braii/BBQ. The apartment is fantastically equipped - everything that we needed and more!! The Full DSTV Explora on TVs in ALL rooms was fabulous and meant no arguments about which Channel to watch!!! We recommend it highly. Can't wait to come back!!

The perfect place to stay in Cape Town

This apartment is beautifully equipped for the perfect stay. It has everything you will need and is thoughtfully and imaginatively decorated and presented. The iconic views are 360 degrees and the front of the apartment looks out over the South Atlantic and the far horizon. It’s easy to explore Cape Town from here and the Western Cape vineyards are not far away by car. Best of all, after an exciting day out you come home to relax and sip your wine on the balcony and watch the sun go down over the ocean.

Tout était parfait ,l'appartement et ses très nombreux équipements .Par ailleurs nous avons apprécié la localisation de cet appartement Le seul point que je peux critiquer est celui de l'accessibilité En effet il faut 5 clés + 1 témoin magnétique pour y accéder sans compter avec le système d'ouverture du garage qui est peut être classique ,encore faut il le connaître Il faut donc conseiller aux locataires d'arriver de jour ou avec une lampe électrique

I know the security is very tight and there are many locks but people who live in South Africa are very concerned about safety and security and we have therefore had to install security doors , double locks and a security metal gate entrance fob to get into the complex .
