The house, with generous spaces, very sunny, contemporary, was built in the traditional Algarve's style.
- 3 floors, each with terrace.
- At the ground-garden, where 2 people may sleep, 2 confortables beds 90x180, Bathroom.
- Opens on to the garden, with a swimming pool, at the foot of a majestic olive tree and a magnificent white bougainvillea to relax in.
- On the first floor, the living room: big sofa, TV, fireplace, first terrace overlooking a large garden with orange trees and the historical city, dining room, library, office, spacious fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer machine, dishwasher , Nespresso coffee machine, traditional oven, microwaves, vitroceramic plate, toasteur etc. ..toilet.
- On the second floor, two larges bedrooms, king size bed 180X200, best quality mattresses, to provide you the deserved rests. Two bathrooms .Dressing room
- Upper terrace with views of the historic old town and sunset
The house is in a small secure condominium of 7 apartments and 5 private houses, in the center of Tavira.
The condominium has a heated pool and a children's pool with accessible access.
Aesthetics and confort are my priority. I try to customize my house to make you enjoy being at home
Parking for the car is out side of the condominium in a near small free parking always available

Our guestmupt be aware that the private pool has no fence around it so you must be very careful with children around.
For everyone's safety, at the time of registration, you must sign a responsibility clause for the use of the pool by children
Also be careful with the balcony, keep the doors to the balconys shut if you have little children

Departure by boat to Tavira Island beach is at 10 minutes by walk. This beach is a beautiful long white sandy beach with infrastuctures and restaurants, but also its wilderness and nature reserve, other beautiful beaches around. The sea is the warmer in Portugal 25 ° in summer
For golfers there are 8 golf courses in the area the nearest is Benamor 4 kms

The house is located in a quiet area in the historical center of the charming town of Tavira with many restaurants and cafes, various shops (all my adresses are available in a white book on a desk, in the house)
All conveniences bakery, supermarket ... are within walking distance, as well as the pier for boat beach "Tavira Island" and the river, the castle, monuments and churches.

The house is within 30min to the Faro airport by taxi or rent a car.

Lovely property. Easy walking distance to the river, bakeries and restaurants. A small supermercado up the street. The townhouse has well appointed rooms on three levels, and the balconies and outdoor space are good.

Lovely stay

Three of us a couple and a single stayed two weeks in the White House. A great location for walking and exploring. The house on three floors gave enough space for individual as well as group time. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Too bad it wasn’t quite warm enough to use the pool! Rute was very helpful especially helping us when the power went off. The balconies were wonderful places to space out and listen to the birds in the orchard.

Fantastic property a short walk to the centre of beautiful Tavira

We had an amazing time in this property, in fact it was one of the best we have stayed in! The house is in a very secure development a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Tavira, and less than 30min from Faro airport. The house is over 3 levels with a large lounge, well equipped kitchen and has 2 huge bedrooms with air conditioning. There are 3 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The best part for us however was the outdoor area with its own mini pool that was perfect for cooling down after baking in the sun. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and will certainly be coming back at some point.

The perfect holiday house in Tavira

The White House is a most beautiful place to spend a holiday in delightful Tavira. It is superbly situated, equipped, arranged and decorated. The outside spaces, balconies and garden, are a special feature. The inside is exceptionally spacious, light filled and comfortable. There are local shops nearby and the town market is an easy walk. The bus and train stations and ferry to the beach are easily walkable. The tourist office has a useful monthly guide to events. I attended the fado show and a church concert, both beautiful. The communication with the property management company on line was unfortunately inconsistent and poor though they do answer the telephone. However, the property is so gorgeous I shall be booking again and I’m very grateful to Christine for renting it to me.

Great house, great location!

This property was just perfect. So roomy and cozy. The owner has sublime taste. She clearly is an artist/art lover. So beautifully decorated. My only complaint was the weather!!! We couldn’t take advantage of the lovely outdoor area. Very quiet. Excellent property.

The White House is wonderful

The White House is very spacious, comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated. The house was clean and well equipped. There are both indoor and outdoor sitting areas on each of the three levels, thereby providing several options to relax at the end of the day. The location is quiet and handy to everything in Tavira. Ruta, who manages the property on behalf of the owners when they are not there, was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Ein traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus! Sauber, gepflegt, komfortabel und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts: Die Küchenausstattung war fabelhaft, die Betten herrlich bequem und sowohl im Inneren des Hauses als auch im Außenbereich gemütliche und lauschige Plätzchen zum Entspannen...Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt im „Weißen Haus“ genossen.Gesamtnote: Eine glatte Eins!

Das Stadthaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Es ist geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt ausgesprochen zentral in Tavira. Überdies fanden wir es bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber vor; Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes ausgewechselt. Bei einem erneuten Besuch in Tavira würden wir dieses Haus wieder mieten.

Great Town House

We have just returned from our stay in The White House.(22 May - 2 June 2018) The house, on three levels, was very clean and the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a rental property. We received a friendly welcome on arrival from Pedro and Rute the local co-hosts for the property. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay was unseasonably cool so were not using the lovely outside garden as often as would have liked. The garden and plunge pool are well maintained, as is the property. It is a short walk to Tavira centre with all the restaurants and shops. Fabulous, spacious house.....well worth a stay!

Had a wonderful time staying in this fabulous, spacious house. It's very centrally located and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in Tavira so no need for a car. Rute and Pedro met us at the house and were very helpful throughout our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped with tasteful furnishings and artwork......well worth a stay!

Well appointed spacious villa with beautiful outdoor space. The little pool was an added bonus! Spotlessly clean and tasteful decor. The villa is very private even though you have an abundance of fantastic restaurants and little bars in walking distance.

Stunning house in a very convenient part of town.

The White House is absolutely gorgeous. The interior is tastefully designed with a very comfortable and practical layout. Really nice and quiet location with short walk to a wide selection of amazing restaurants and wine bars. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here for either a family break or a romantic get away. Hope to visit again soon.
