About this property
Paphos District Anarita, 2 Bed Town House on development with 3 Communal Pools
Ask any Cypriot and they will tell you their island has 2 seasons, short sleeve shirt season and long sleeve shirt season.
Unlike much of the Med it's big bonus is that you can bet on wonderful Springs and Autumns in this long hot summer of a country. It has 60+ blue flag beaches.
Our place in the sun in Anarita (8 mins from the airport), a village in the Paphos region. The motorway linking Paphos, Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia is 5 minutes away. For exploring the beautiful country of Cyprus, especially the Troodos Mountains, a car is advisable (we can recommend a car rental company). The house is furnished to a high standard, with a balcony off the main bedroom and an outside patio with a small garden opening on to one of the three communal pools.

About the host
Hosted by Gerald & Vivienne Morris
We are both retired, living near St.Albans. We first visited Cyprus in 1999 and made subsequent visits for holidays staying in hotels along the beautiful coastline of Paphos. We purchased our property off plan in 2006 after going along to the developers road show near to where we lived at the time. We visited the development frequently to see the progress being made from a field to the development it is now. Our daughters and
their families love coming for holidays. It is a delight to see our grandchildren have such a great time there in a lovely safe environment.

Why they chose this property
We bought the property off plan after visiting Pafilia's (the developer) roadshow in UK. Anarita looked like just what we wanted, a traditional quiet village but a very good starting point to visit the country of Cyprus. After visiting one of Pafilia's other developments, it confirmed that we had made the right decision. We can be at the house 8 mins after leaving Paphos airport, and we have easy access to getting around for exploring. Our setting is lovely and quiet away from the crowds, surrounded by countryside. We have made some very good friends here, some of whom have made Anarita Chorio (the developments' full name) their permanent home.
What makes this property unique
We have aimed to make our home in the sun a homely and welcoming property having furnished it to a high standard. You can be sure of a really relaxing holiday, a good place to wind down with 326 days of sunshine a year and a swimming pool a step away from the garden. A car is recommended as the nearest supermarket with fresh fruit and veg locally grown and bread baked daily is 5 min drive away. There is a local bus service which will take you to Paphos for its shops, bars, and restaurants.
