Villa Katie is a Beautiful spacious 2 bed villa with an Electric Heated private pool. It is close to the beach / promenade and a short stroll to the Matagorda Centre with shops, bars and restaurants etc. Villa Katie has a full tv package with English TV, sports and movies. There is free wifi. The air con in the sitting room and master bedroom is on a coin meter. There is a fullly equipped kitchen with an American fridge freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, oven, hob, dishwasher and airfryer, There are fantastic walks each direction to the airport or into Puerto Del Carmen.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, one of which is an Ensuite. It has a lovely outside covered terrace area for eating and a sunning area around the pool. It is located in a quiet area and is a short transfer from the airport.

Our family spent many years living in Lanzarote and still go back to visit regularly. Lanzarote is a beautiful easy going place and Matagorda is right on the cusp of Puerto Del Carmen but without the hustle & bustle which makes it the perfect getaway. It has a lovely flat promenade which makes it perfect for a stroll anytime of the day or night. We loved living there and only returned to Ireland for our daughters to finish their education. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
