A beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with panoramic views of Kalkan Bay, the Taurus mountains & Kalkan village, modern, spacious & fully equipped and 5 mins from the nearest grocery store. Each of the 3 bedrooms has their own private balcony & the well-equipped kitchen opens up to a large terrace area with table/chairs and sun loungers.The apartment is luxuriously furnished & designed to meet your every need; each bedroom has a fully fitted wardrobe & there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. It is fully air-conditioned & heated throughout. There’s a large shared pool with plenty of space where Sun loungers & other comfortable garden furniture are provided. Near by a gorgeous veranda provides tables/ chairs and shade. The location is idyllic & peaceful; directly overlooking the sparkling turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. Just a 10 minute walk and you find yourself at Kalkan village with its roof-top restaurants & stylish & atmospheric blues & jazz bars. A short drive brings you to the stunning, protected Patara Beach and its 18kms of sandy beaches.
This is the ideal place for a truly memorable holiday! The apartment is in the Mediterranean Region, 50m from the Sea & the Palm Beach Club, Within Easy Walking Distance Of The Town. The apartment benefits from a large terrace in the small select development of 12 properties, with a shared pool easily accessible below. The location is peaceful with uninterrupted views across Kalkan bay and to the right the lovely harbour. Kalkan's fabulous rooftop restaurants and shopping is a short stroll away and a short drive brings you to the stunning Patara Beach and its 18kms of sandy beaches.

Stunning views

A very clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen. The views are amazing and you will not be disappointed by the gorgeous sunsets. Yusuf was very helpful and is quick to respond to any questions. You can walk into town within 10 to 15 mins to a huge range of eateries with lovely roof tops or harbour views. The food is great and menus are varied. We hired a car but in future we would get a taxi from the airport. Local taxis are cheap.

Kalkan again

Returned once again to Kalkan and this apartment - absolutely excellent. Great communication from the owner and his onsite manager Yousuf - nothing is too much trouble. The views are fabulous it's amazing how many hours you can spend just looking out to sea.

Amazing views

Good communication with owner via Vrbo. Great location, exceptional views, well equipped, decorated to a high standard with new bathrooms - only slight negative no water pressure in shower and balcony was a little cramped but didn’t affect enjoyment of our stay.

Perfect end to Turkish tour

This was the ideal sized apartment for winding down after touring Turkey. Peaceful location not too far out of town with plenty to do if we wanted to. The pool at the apartment was an added bonus and beaches easily reached.

Our apartment while nearby shops, restaurants and other amenities is away from the town enough to offer a unique location to allow true relaxation and spectacular views with a lovely 6/7 min coastal walk down to the town.

What makes this property unique

While parts of kalkan are hilly and can prove to be a steep climb to many properties, the quiet road leading from our apartment to the shops and ultimately the town benefits from being fairly flat.
