A unique and newly renovated private villa with spacous pool it offers guests complete privacy in the spacious gardens, an outdoor shower, with gas BBQ,loungers and a beautiful pergola for shade.
Internally the villa has 2 spacious lounges, one on the ground floor, and the second on the first floor giving guests a great degree of space and privacy to relax in the evenings.
Please note log fires are not permitted at present for health & safety reasons.
There is a cosy TV snug ideal for kids to gather watching TV or playing video games.
Villa Gelsi is available for year-round rental, its a perfect place from which to explore many of Le Marche's prime tourist sites or to simply bask by the pool in the Italian sunshine whilst admiring the stunning countryside views . Enjoy dining at sunset, swimming daily, and trips to the local towns on your doorstep.



Villa Gelsi is a 200 year old farmhouse which we have completely restored to provide comfortable accommodation for up to 8-11 guests. It takes its name from the majestic mulberry trees that grace the grounds around the house, which is approached along a private track leading up a hillside and through a wooded archway formed by the trees of a small copse. The track ends in a large car park area to the north-eastern end of the house.
The property is about 55 minutes drive from Ancona airport, and is situated in approximately 1.5 acres surrounded by farmed fields – some of which will be found glowing with sunflowers in July. Villa Gelsi is approached via a 'white’ road or ‘strada bianca' (i.e. not tarmac, but common in rural Italy), and is about a quarter of a mile from the nearest minor tarmac road. Complete privacy and tranquillity are just two of the delights of Villa Gelsi.
The ground floor consists of an entrance hall leading to a dining room, which in turn leads into a large living room - complete with a preserved feeding troughs!. Off the living room is a smaller TV room with a 32" flat panel TV, satellite, DVD player, hi-fi unit with iPod/MP3 connection, and a double sofa-bed. Free WiFi is now available within the house. Also on the ground floor are a large kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, double sink, and dishwasher; and a shower room with washbasin and toilet, which doubles a laundry room - a common feature in Italian country houses. Full laundry facilities include a sink, automatic washing machine, ironing board, and iron. All the showers have thermostatically controlled mixer taps.
On the first floor you will find a large family bathroom with separete walk-in shower a freestanding roll top bath,sink & bidet with gorgeous views to open country side.
Here you will also find the second living room with fireplace and lots of comfy seating, surrounding this room are the 4 spacious bedrooms.

.All the bedrooms are spacious and air-conditioned.
The house is equipped with professionally laundered bed linen and towels, plus a supply of additional towels for pool use (depending on the time of year). Outside there is a 12m x 6m pool with steps and a diving board at one end, and walk-in steps at the other end. A solar shower located by the pool provides ample hot water during the summer months.
