B&B Suite, free parking, top location, 2 Mins Walk To Metro Station & Danube
The suite is cozy in the winter and refreshing cool in hot summers.There is a big glass dome on the roof to let light in as well as three windows, which makes the suite bright. The glass dome can be covered with blankets to keep the suite dark during the morning for late riser. It is a very quiet, private place and there is TV, video, games, books... to enjoy.
Guests are allowed to stay in the living room and to use the fridge, the oven and the microwave, but the kitchen is only able for cooking baby or small children meals. There is a Nespresso coffee maker, coffee capsules, kettle, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper... in the suite.
There are many restaurants near the house that deliver delicious food. The garden, two terraces (an open one and glass enclosed terrace) are available to you.
As showed on the photo, a cozy mattress can be put next to the bed. Little children could sleep on it nearby their parents. Following children accessories are available: 1 highchair, a potty, a bottle warmer, dolls, toys, books and music for small children. There are books for growing children too. They can draw with chalk on the pavement and park place inside of the garden area. Children are not for free.
You need only 12 mins to get to the city center with the metro. I speak German, English and Spanish and I'm from the Dominican Republic, but I love Vienna and worked sometimes as a tourist guide in Cologne, Germany.

Cozy, relaxed atmosphere!
If you want to feel like you are at home, this is the place. Cozy, relaxing, and off the beaten track for a bit of relaxation by the Danube. I felt more like family than I did a guest. Lucia makes you feel so welcome, you'll be sad to leave!

Ein gelungener Urlaub in Wien
Wir fühlten uns mit unserer einjährigen Tochter sehr wohl in der Suite. Das Haus liegt in einer Kleingartensiedlung an der alten Donau. Die Suite besteht aus einem geräumigen und gemütlichen Zimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken, die Küche und die Toilette teilten wir uns mit den Vermietern.
Die U-Bahn ist direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite. So wohnten wir im Grünen und waren in 15 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Das Frühstück wurde individuell für uns gemacht, da blieben keine Wünsche offen. Abends kann man ganz in der Nähe (ca. 10 min Fussweg) gut essen gehen und dabei an der alten Donau sitzen. Die Vermieterin betreute uns sehr aufmerksam und gab uns beim gemeinsamen Frühstück viele Tipps und Informationen für unseren Aufenthalt in Wien.
Wir konnten uns frei im Haus und im Garten bewegen, was für unsere Tochten sehr gut war. Abends haben wir gern die Terasse genutzt und wurden immer sehr freundlich von unseren Vermietern empfangen. Die Suite ist für ein Paar mit einem Kind bestens geeignet.
Alles in allem also ein gelungener Urlaub in dieser schönen Stadt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

The house is located near to the metro station “Donaustadtbrücke" (2 mins. walk away). The metro takes only 15 mins to get to St. Stephen's Cathedral. There are also very good public transport connection to the shopping centre “Donauzentrum" and to UNO City (8 mins) as well as to the Vienna International Airport: you get there in only 18 minutes with the bus! Bus station is at the corner.
The house is located in a friendly neighborhood with nice little houses and wonderful gardens. You walk only 10 minutes to the next supermarket.

What makes this property unique
You can get to the most visited shopping centre Vienna “Donauzentrum" and to a gym with sauna and infrared cabin (day ticket €10) with the bus in only 10 Minutes. The bus stop is at the corner. The Old Danube offers nice bathing facilities in summer and there are many restaurants along the shore.
The Danube Island, biggest leisure time paradise Vienna's, is only three minutes walk away and is ideal for picnics, bike rides, walks, water sports, eating out… There is a nice beach and a boulder for climbing too.
